Jul 03,2024I don’t usually write reviews but everyone that I have dealt with at coral from the receptionists through to the salesman, surveyor, fitters and electricians have all been excellent. They have been punctual, polite and done a very good job. I was kept fully up to date with what was happening and all quicker than expected. Really happy with my new conservatory roof. Price is also very competitive and didn’t pay until finished and I was happy with the work.

Jun 24,2024We had new windows and doors fitted for our conservatory back in February 2023 and since then, we have had to have an engineer come out twice, with the third one pending, in order to re-align the door which keeps becoming displaced. The first time, it was catching on the runner, the second time it was catching at the sides, making it almost impossible to close. Now it is catching at in the middle. Two seperate engineers gave us two seperate excuses for what is fundementally careless work by what seems to be inexperienced fitters. The work was in no way shape or form worth what we paid for it originally. I would never use Coral again and I would never recommend them to anyone else.

Jun 18,2024Had my Facias, Soffits and Guttering done by Corals roofline team Andy and Dom! What can I say from start the finish these lads where brilliant was book in for Saturday they came on time and wasted no time doing the back of the house! Unfortunately for them the English weather hit so they made sure everything was protected and sealed on the roof at the back of the house so the rain could not do any damage! (They got soaked doing this I felt sorry for them!) They advised that due to it pouring it down they could not start of the front as when they pull the tiles back water would pour down the cavity and they didn't want to cause damage to my house by water getting in! They went above and beyond and came back the next day on Sunday (Farthers day) to start and finish the front which I am really impressed with! All the neighbours on the street have complimented how nice the Facias, Soffits and Guttering look! Once again big thank you to Andy and Dom great set of lads with a lot of knowledge would highly recommend.

On an order so large, having the peace of mind that I didn’t have to pay a penny upfront was so reassuring. The process was smooth and easy. I highly recommend Coral Windows.

Thank you Paul for making this a hassle free and delightful experience; certainly adding to the positive service received on my previous orders. I have had all windows installed by coral and now the main door, including side panels which is spot on. Dan, the fitter, did a fab job on installing the door and took his time to ensure a quality finish! He kept the area tidy, installed trims with a seamless finish and now the entrance looks immaculate - thank you! I would definitely be looking at using Coral for my conservatory.

There was a slight delay due to the weather (but the weather was awful to be fair, fully appreciate that their workload got pushed back a few days). Fitting was rearranged 2 days later, fitting team turned up, nice fellas got the job done and were a good laugh. Looks spot on, happy with the product.

Jun 11,2024We didn’t just have windows and a new door, we also had a window reduced in size. Our ‘old’ window in our bedroom took up almost the full width of our bedroom wall, it now looks fantastic. The lads were great, we were told 3 days for the installation it took 2 1/2. They arrived early and worked almost right through. We are so happy with our windows. Coral are the best. We’ve used Coral in our previous home and have never had any cause to complain and have been very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. Can’t wait to get my orangery.
