Jun 08,2024I left a message re. A replacement door. Someone came within a couple of days, gave us a price,we accepted. Informed us a surveyor would be coming, he did.After that within another few days we were contacted re when job would be done. We have used Coral before, again nothing was too much trouble. All who came were very accommodating, pleasant, helpful. We had a fault with our door. That same day two people came back and sorted it out. Thank you

Jun 05,2024From our visit to the showroom, David’s visit to us, Phil’s survey (which was far from straightforward) right through to the installation by Mark and Martin, we cannot fault anything. We are more than pleased with the conservatory and both Mark and Martin did an excellent job. They worked really hard and finished the job to a high standard and we are really happy with the quality of the products.

Jun 05,2024Everything went well once the rain had stopped, no problems encountered and happy with the end result. Prior warning of when scaffolding was to be erected would good. When erecting the scaffolding two paving stones cracked.

Jun 03,2024Absolutely fantastic service amazing guy came out and sorted new bay windows upstairs and down, this was to sort out a complete bodge it and scarper job done by Safe Style. This was all done within a day. This was after 3 companies refused to do the job once they saw photos of the balls up made by safe style. Most definitely recommend Coral Windows. Fabulous service thank you guys.

May 23,2024From quote to survey the service was excellent, I was listened to and I’m happy with the doors that have been fitted. Unfortunately I wasn’t so happy with the fitters I disconnected the alarm sensors as advised to prevent them being damaged but the fitters still damaged them which has caused a fault with my alarm system, they were also distracted by family phone calls and spent a long time talking on the phone rather than doing the job they were here to do. I would use coral again as I like the quality of the doors that have been fitted and I will be getting a quote in the near future for some windows and another French door that needs replacing.

The rep seemed very genuine and interested in getting the right product for us - not just getting a sale. The process went smoothly and telephone staff were also helpful and caring. They have pride in their product and belief in their company. The fitters worked quickly as bad weather was coming in. They were friendly and had humour. We are pleased with the windows. Just what we needed. No deposit asked for and payment was a smooth process.

May 21,2024We recently visited the Coral Wakefield depot keen to look at ideas for our new property and were really disappointed. The man there explained that it was a really old depot and the windows and doors on display were many years out of date and discontinued. What’s the point of advertising a depot that simply wastes your time? Coral gave the impression it was outdated, penny pinching and don’t care about their customer experience. With so much competition and so many amazing solutions available I’m amazed they think this is acceptable. Shame on you Coral.

May 16,2024This is our second occasion that we have used coral as they did are previous house in Wakefield. I was surprised when they said that they would travel to the other side of hull ? There product is second to none I would definitely recommend them. They are not the cheapest but the old saying you pay for what you get is true.the fitting team were very friendly, gave you the time of day to explain everything. It was like watching DIY SOS in your own frount room lol.

Jun 10,2024At our last home we had Coral 2 sets of patio doors fitted and we were very satisfied with the products supplied and installed, so we purchased from them again at our new house. Coral supplied and installed two doors one each at the front and side entrances to the house. The initial contact was with a sales representative who was extremely helpful giving us suggestions for the most suitable products without exerting any hard sales tactics - just plain helpful. A surveyor came next who measured up for the installations and again helped us with our deciding of the smaller details for the doors. Finally the new doors were fitted by a specialist door fitter. The doors look beautiful, have greatly improved the warmth of the rooms to which they are installed, and they work perfectly whilst giving much reduced external noise transmission to the inside and zero measurable drafts.
