When something became an issue which was outside Corals control,George called Gareth who came over the next day and offered sound advise on potential fixes. Now the job is completly finished .Thrilled with my complete new windows ,doors and porch and could not have asked for anything more. No hesitation in recommending Coral. Thanks to all involved.

Apr 10,2024We had Coral Windows change our windows, doors and build a conservatory. They have been amazing. Had a few little issues, nothing major but any issues we have had have been sorted quickly and the people who come out from the original quote to the repair guys (especially the repair guys) have been great. Would highly recommend.

Apr 05,2024New window for my mum's house up in Leeds Fitters great. Excellent job. Good value for money. The two lads installing did a few extra jobs for me. Only criticism was ringing the afternoon before and leaving a message to say ring the office. The office was shut by the time I driven home to hear this. As the fitting was the next day in Leeds I drove up for 8am only to find the job had been cancelled due to production issues. Lesson learned for coral. Leave a more informative message.

Apr 02,2024We enquired about a new front door, as our existing door skin had bubbled. Having had the original installed by Coral over15 years ago. A salesman arrived, gave us a price, which to be honest I thought was expensive. We perused the price and had a check about. We could have bought a door, Fitted myself, but you just don't get the warranty required. Decided to ho ahead. The survey was done and any minor issues were ironed out. Install booked with week. On the day of Install, the fitters turned up at a little after 8am. Completed around 10am. Looks amazing!!! Paid for the door the same day. A great overall experience. Now to save for the rest of the house!!!

Mar 28,2024From the moment we initially spoke to the salesman to the moment they completed the work they were dedicated to making sure everything was done to the very highest standard. They arrived on time and genuinely did not stop working until all the work was carried out. Coral have a very high work ethics. The workmen were polite and never used any foul language which is something I was very pleased about, they also worked extremely tidily and on completion of the work they cleaned everywhere. I am absolutely delighted with my new roof and so pleased I chose Coral.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Having researched my needs, been quoted by 5 other companies, chosen and been let down by 1 (increased the cost by £3k following the surveyors visit), I was totally disillusioned. Then I saw a coral advert ...! They were professional, quick, competitive and the quality of the product is exceptional ... I smile every time I go home and see my house! Thank you!!!! Take my advice, don't waste your time with anyone else :)

Apr 13,2024Extremely disappointed. I have had a lovely sales person and primarily due to him I signed up. The windows have not come and the issues have started. There is a delay due to a 'minor problem' but I am being pressurised into accepting them which I am not prepared to do so due to the value of the contract. Coral have agreed to resolve this matter but there is an additional weeks delay, which is costing me money, which they are not prepared to compensate me for. Instead I receive an email from from them informing me that I need to be aware that 'Knowing this being part of the terms of contract, you run the risk of incurring costs and it is your responsibility as per contract to ensure we have access to complete the installation, even when dates may change, including additional time for completing snagging works'. Rather than accepting the delay, and mitigating my loss, they are forewarning me and turning the tables on me. For me a gesture would have been sufficient to accept that this was unacceptable. But, such bullying tactics to threaten me into submissive, do not bode well. I came to Coral because I understood this to be a reputable Co. which valued its customers. I was only having half of the windows done this time, with the remaining until later on in the year. I am prepared to cancel this contract then proceed with company which makes threats in this manner.
