Mar 18,2024Sales staff were not pushy, given best price straight away with no unnecessary negotiations. Communication was good only slight negative was told 2 days but it was actually 3. Window fitters were polite and efficient they had to deal with some horrendous weather but did their best to be as tidy as possible. Finish around the window where it needed to be plastered was a little haphazard but generally the finish was ok

Mar 14,2024We bought our house about 19 years ago and Coral fit all our windows. They are now in need of replacing so we are more than happy with how they have lasted. It was an easy decision to go back to Coral for new ones. Although we cannot do the full house we have had them back to do all the upstairs and once again they have been fantastic. From asking for a quote, to them coming out, all the appointments right up to fitting I cannot fault them. Spot on throughout and calls to make sure we're happy. Credit to them all.

Mar 13,2024We moved to a new property last year that needed new windows and doors - some urgently so we split the installation due to needing to look at finances. Our first order consisted of 9 windows. front door & patio doors. 9 Windows all fitted on time as we had been told. Comes to following day when doors are due in, waited in ALL day to have to call to be told that our patio doors are in fact not ready! we were given different excuses as to what the issue was depending who we spoke to. They fitted the front door after some grumbling from us as we had been told it was going to be fitted anyway! We waited 2 whole months for the patio doors - with very limited communication as to timescales, initially saying would be a few days then the next week and on and on it went. They absolutely do not call back when they promise they will which was a theme throughout both installations. If they had been upfront about it we would have been fine but the installers left all their trim and mess as beleived installers were coming the following day - this lay in our driveway for 2 months! Overall we were pleased with product. One handle was scratched and had to be replaced, 1 pane of glass was manufactured incorrectly and was replaced, hinge to front door perpetually came loose but the last guy to come seems to have fettled that so we thought we want our others to look same so we asked that they do the next lot which included sash windows. They don't make the sash windows - they outsource them (according to the fitters). We were not given any confirmation dates for scaffolders and only knew of them coming when awoken by them on our roof. We had specifically instructed Coral NOT to walk on this roof due to the nature of the tiles there. Thy had not brought enough scaffold and had to go away with half of it up. We were then told that our windows were not actually ready so not clear why scaffold was going up. On day of installation one window had wrong colour furniture on it, and they used wrong colour sealant despite asking us which colour and so it had to be re-done. Beading on one sash was protruding and sharp. When the issues did get rectified we had a guy call to arrange this and even though we agreed date due to our work schedules, he called on the day he originally wanted to do it and was a little pushy about coming that day - with me literally having to say NO ONE is physically HOME! After they finished it was late (after 6) and advised the guy who called the following day we would pay that day or day after due to being at work until quite late. We woke to a snotty email and voicemail about not having paid yet...even though I had said when we would be able to and still on the day we said we would have paid by. We spent 18k with these guys. Communication was poor throughout and wished we had not used them after this. I had also recommended them to a friend after first windows went in - she was advised we would get a free gift for recommending and her having work done but this never materialized, so am sure this was nonsense. No recompense offered for time wasted waiting in, poor communication or little more than a half hearted sorry. They were frustrating to say the least. I guess if you can deal with this they are fine.

Mar 13,2024The 2 window fitters turned up as was arranged. Got straight on with the job ( replacing 3 windows, 2 of which were very large windows) and did a really nice job with minimum mess or fuss. Very efficient. This is the second time we have used Coral and wouldn't hesitate in recommending.

Mar 09,2024Coral recently replaced our conservatory and patio doors, whilst we are highly satisfied with the overall quality the after sales service is utterly disappointing. We signed off prematurely trusting their promise any problems we had would be dealt with. Just a few weeks later we submitted our snagging list only to be told our reporting was too late! We now have to live with deep scratches in the top corner of one of our patio doors! The engineer who came to remedy the other items agreed the glass should be replaced, and mentioned the fitters would be charged for it. On this experience we could not recommend Coral, or certainly beware and DON’T sign off until you’ve had a chance to thoroughly check everything with a fine tooth comb.

The fitters ( I think their names were Scott and Arron) were very courteous and tidy and were a credit to your company. Please pass on our thanks to them. Mar 06,2024Coral replaced my old wooden framed and aluminium, double glazing windows and doors, including a patio sliding door. The fitting team did a fantastic job, at times in some horrible weather over the course of two days. They were hard-working and I was happy to keep them going with cups of tea and biscuits. I am very pleased and impressed with the finished windows and doors I would not hesitate to use Coral again. I will eventually need four more windows replacing in the future. From the sales team, Charles the sales rep, the surveyor to the fitting team, I cannot rate them highly enough. They needed to come back and adjust the cat flap in my new door, but they arrived on the arranged day and sorted it out no problem. Thanks Coral
