Jan 25,2024Coral windows was an excellent price Installers were great except for not explaining window function and forgetting to fetch mainwindow glass on day ov fitting and no one from coral was willing to deliver it which meant fitters had to go get it leaving for 2hrs with no window on a cold day, door fitter rease was excellent came the Saturday morning to fit doors and finish the job 10/10 to him

Jan 25,2024We were kept informed by phone calls and emails before the work started. The fitters arrived on time and worked really well together. The weather was bitterly cold but this didn't hold them up. The work was completed on time.

Jan 24,2024I'd like to give 5* but... All pre installation meetings and visits professional thorough and friendly. Everything double checked and staff contactable. The instal was really impressive. Within 1 day the team had dismantled the old conservatory and put in the skeleton and roof of the new one. The next 4 to 5 days were spent putting in the roof lining plastering and fitting hinges etc. The guys were all skilled, all knew what they were doing and arranged electrician visits at my convenience. The high quality of the installation is obvious. Where Coral fell down ever so slightly was I had no contact with the project manager and didn't know I had one until I hit a snag. The back wall had been brickwork but Coral suggested plastering which was a great suggestion. However the plastering finished 3 inches above ground level. No skirting board was fitted. When I queried this I was treated like a bit of a numpty who ought to have known skirting boards were not to be included. I argued my case but the project manager and the guy he sent to basically say "no" were not for budging. After considerable heavy rain there are no leaks and the conservatory is now a warm and inviting room.I now have a skirting board and have decorated and am delighted but thought feedback justified. I didn't haggle on price and believe I have bought the best.

Jan 22,2024I can only speak from personal experience, but they are singlehandedly the worst company I have ever dealt with, especially the after care once the windows and door were installed. We had 4 new windows and a front door installed in May 23. The sales rep cant leave you alone until you've agreed the sale. A installation date was agreed. All good so far. The major problems start once the work has been done. So far we have had them back to the house for problems with the front door ( twice ) the big front window we had in ( twice ) and one of the upstairs windows also. We woke up this morning to find a window sill full of rain water in our front room, with water coming in through the handle to open/close the window. The windows and door we have are terrible, the quality is so poor. Every time you try and call them and select after sales it rings out to a answer machine. Call the same number and select sales it is answered within seconds. ( Give it a try, every time this happens. ) They have Managers leaving all the time, we have dealt with 3 or 4 so far. Each time we found an issue, the Manager we dealt with last has left. Not one of them takes any accountability, been passed from one person to the next, you never receive call backs when promised. The list is endless. It is honestly one of our biggest regrets using them. Please please everyone be warned.

Jan 30,2024Really polite and the doors are brilliant. We were very skeptical about getting another set of doors as this is our 5th set in 10 years. But so far so good. We have had 2 storms and not one drop of water entered my house, which to us is a massive improvement. I will not miss my daily foot bath. Coral were amazing and very reassuring. Would highly recommend.
