Jan 11,2024I contacted coral windows just before Christmas, after an old uPVC door was rendered unusable. An estimator arrived in a couple of days gave me a very competitive quote, I accepted, quickly followed by a surveyor, who explained the job, and the full door was fitted the Ist week of the New Year. Good team of men who left it neat and tidy. I thought it was all a thoroughly impressive performance.

Jan 10,2024Good quality and fitters friendly. No follow up call received. No call to say fitters on the way when promised as, fitting time was changed by coral. Fitters unaware that they needed to call me, which was disappointing, however they apologised for this and did an efficient clean and friendly job.

The 2 fitter were very polite lovely chaps! Couldn’t recommend coral window more! Superb business that go the extra mile.

Jan 06,2024Pros The door is excellent good and sturdy well made the fitter was very professional and did an excellent job, I had a back door fitted a few years ago with a different company which isn't as good a quality as the coral door. Cons. I ordered a spy hole which I didn't get but paid for, I rang coral about it but haven't had any reply.

From the initial online enquiry, to the phone call, house visit by the salesman (Dave), installation booking, pre-fit survey and the final process of the door installation, everything ran smoothly and everyone arrived on time. There was no hard sell and the quality of the door is fantastic. We're over the moon with our door and we'd highly recommend Coral.

Dec 22,2023Replacement of a upc door. We found that Coral Windows were efficient, did a good job and offered good after fit service. The sales rep was informative without being pushy, though it would be useful to be made fully aware at this stage, that any fixation into the supplied door, for alarms, blinds, etc can invalidate the guarantee, as with any alternative supplier. Appointments for survey and fitting were made promptly and communications were clear and good. After fitting, Coral called by to check that the door handles were the best match achievable to other kitchen items with willingness to change if required. The price was competitive, if higher than we would wish! Inevitably, there are overheads to be taken ito account as well as the product supplied.

Dec 13,2023Having had mixed experiences with getting windows and doors fitted in the past it was with a certain trepidation that we approached the purchase of a new bay window and front door. Thankfully we decided to commission Coral Windows to complete the work who were superb from start to finish. From the initial contact with Gary, who gave us the confidence to place the order, through the fitting to the aftersales service - everything was superb. They even provided a restoration and encapsulation service in order to preserve our original stained glass in both the windows and the door. The fitters did a great job, polite, friendly and provided an excellent finish. The windows and door are of a good quality. And, despite a couple of bumps in the process, the service team ensured everything was sorted to our satisfaction. Plus, we didn't pay a penny, until we were happy. Genuinely 10/10. Well done!

Dec 07,2023I have recently had 8 windows installed by Coral Windows Bradford and l am very pleased with the windows and the service provided by Coral. The sales team led by Paul and the fitters Liam and Dan were great. The price was competitive, it was pay on completion and the windows have made a real difference particularly in terms of sound reduction. There was a minor hiccup with one window but the fitters as promised came back and sorted the problem with no issue at all. I would recommend them.

Dec 06,2023The old conservatory was removed quickly and all the materials taken away for recycling, I was told. The men worked steadily to put the new structure up. It seemed quick to me! My new conservatory has white frames inside and reflects light into my living room well.

Jan 13,2024An excellent service from start to finish. I had most of the windows throughout the house replaced and a new front door and I am extremely pleased. Communication has been very good throughout, with a professional service from all. The attention to detail that the surveyor paid was exceptional and most appreciated. Special praise must be given to Dave and Heather the installation team, who were amazing. Fantastic workmanship, and so clean and tidy, even going above and beyond to assist when the door installation was slightly delayed. Would highly recommend Coral to others.
