Nov 16,2023After trying many different company to sort my leaking roof Coral Windows came to my rescue. From my first meeting them at their show room I felt that my problem would be sorted. I was kept informed from start to finish the staff were very helpful and polite. Two work men turned up on the starting date and worked for three day removing my old roof and build the frame of the new one. This was done in very cold and wet weather but this did not stop them they made sure my floor was protected and cleared up everyday. The two water proofing men arrived on the fifth day which was a dry day so they manage to finish off the out side of the roof again both were very polite and cleared up after they had finished. The first two builders arrived back on the Monday and finished off the inside and glass work again in the rain. Thank you Coral windows your team has done a fantastic job I now have a new roof with no leaks. Wish I had come to you sooner I can highly recommend you.

They have done a super job. They were polite, hardworking and always tidied up at the end of their shift. The building foreman dropped by a number of times to check up on proceedings. I can honestly say without hesitation that I would recommend Coral Windows based on the quality of the work and the professionalism and respect shown by the workers.

Oct 25,2023We're really pleased with our new conservatory roof. We went for the EVO 4 Edwardian style and cornice guttering which looks really smart. The sales experience didn't feel at all pressured. The men who came to fit the conservatory were prompt, courteous, hard-working, tidied up afterwards and finished ahead of schedule. We are now looking forward to enjoying getting more use out of our conservatory.

Oct 24,2023Got 3 quotes for my replacement windows.Coral were the only ones that were not hard sellapart from others inflated price,that funnily came down over next week.Coral quoted price demonstrated product and do not ask for money till finished and happy.Fitted them on time and and fixed a minor prob quickly.So satisfied i had my porch done month after.

Oct 22,2023The seventeen wooden framed windows in my house, although regularly repainted, were in need of replacement. I was impressed by the sales person who came to give me a quote for the work, who with me examined every window and suggested appropriate solutions for each, so I could have exactly what I wanted. The quote I was given wasn't the cheapest but was certainly the most reassuring! A couple of days later the surveyor came to take detailed measurements and assessments of each window, both inside and out while double checking with me that every window was exactly to my requirements even down as to whether I would prefer new lead or aged lead on the glass panes. The installation commenced less than two weeks later. The installation team of three very friendly yong men arrived at 10am after a very long drive (I'm at the edge of their area in Lancashire) and they immediately set to work by laying dust sheets all around the house. I returned to the house at 1pm and was quite taken aback to see that every window in the house (17 of them) had been removed and stacked tidily on the driveway. But the lads said everything had gone very well and the old frames had come out easily. They worked hard and professionally all the afternoon so that by 6pm all the new windows were in place. When they left after 7pm the house was weather proof clean and tidy. On the second day the same team returned and completed the window installations with sealant and trim and also fitted a new back door. Everything was tidied up inside and out and I was shown how to open and lock the windows and control the trickle vents. The entire installation was completed by 6.30pm and to a very high standard. I went round the house and was very impressed by the quality of the windows and door, and in the way they were installed. Every room had a well made good looking window, but seeming as though it had always been there, with absolutely no trace of any disturbance to the Internal decoration. In summary Coral Windows performed exceptionally well in all aspects and made, what I thought would be a major upheaval, just a two day inconvenience with an amazing end result.

Oct 11,2023Bought £2000 worth of doors, explained I didn’t need finance but wanted to build a bit of credit history, already had more than enough to pay all up front. (And they knew that) Only just realised they did a ten year interest only. So now paid over £1000 and still owed the £2000. Who needs ten years for a two grand loan. Just paid it all off in one go. who the hell would think paying £1000 a year for ten years and then in ten years still owe £2000 is a good deal. Scammed
