Aug 12,2023Great installation from Coral. We can't speak highly enough of the fitters, Dan and Charlie, who couldn't do enough, worked extremely hard, and certainly put in the hours, to make sure the windows and doors were perfect AND all with a smile on their faces.

I had to change my installation date but Coral were understanding and suggested an alternative date to fit. The fitters have always been very professional and respectful with minimal disruption, in fact when my toilet window was replaced and all the tiles I had laid around it were still intact!

They were very efficient and tidied up afterwards, altogether a good job done. Doubly pleased because the cost of the work was very reasonable, will definitely use Coral again should the need arise

Aug 01,2023We recently had Coral to replace our conservatory roof from a glass PVC roof to a solid insulated roof. From our first meeting with Jason to the final inspection with Steve. I can only say what a brilliant service this company offer. Our installer Ross worked nonstop even through the pouring rain (which wasn’t forecast) and did a brilliant job and with a smile. I cannot recommend this company enough they were professional and easy to deal with and kept us informed throughout the process.

The workmen hardly stopped for a minute during the three days they were here, their workmanship was first class, and they carefully tidied up at the end of each day. The windows and doors are not cheap, but they are good, we are satisfied with them, and would recommend Coral to others wanting similar installations.

Jul 18,2023The initial visit with the consultant was polite, informative and not pushy. Once I had chosen between several quotes there was good communication about dates for a further visit to sign the contract, and installation dates. There was nothing to pay until after installation, and the installation occurred before the estimate given. The blokes who came to install my door were polite and cleaned up after themselves. They checked I could use the key and advised me to leave the seals to dry before using the door.

Jul 02,2023Installation badly done and have phoned the service department four times and still waiting for a callback to arrange to rectify the faults. The response from Coral is clearly referring to a different person. Our windows were installed in March this year and, therefore, still under warranty. We are still waiting for a phone call!

Jun 23,2023Wow what a difference, i can't recommend Coral highly enough we had all our windows replaced in the house and the team were faultless. From Jason the sales man who did not pressurise he was knowledgeable friendly and very professional. The surveyor was meticulous with everything to ensure we were getting the best fitted product. To Lee and his team of fitters Lee, Mark and Phil. They were brilliant very professional and a great team of workers friendly and very helpful. They were meticulous in every detail they cleaned and vacuumed our home top to bottom and were fabulous. I can highly recommend Coral windows they were brilliant thankyou for making our home beautiful again.

The lead in time for our new windows reduced and the installation team finished ahead of schedule. Excellent communication from initial contact right through to installation, The quality of the windows already have made an impact for the sound, can’t wait to see the benefits with the heating bills.

Jun 15,2023Generally very happy with the windows and the installation. These new ventilation fixings look as though they could be a bit fragile. Windows were not cleaned inside or out and and there are several bits of concrete on my lawn just waiting to ruin my lawnmower. The admin side was excellent. very good communication and very clear paperwork.

From the surveyor (Dave) to the 2 man team who fitted the windows and doors Coral have been professional and thorough. I had 3 quotes Coral were the most competitive and the most professional. Not once were they pushy or derogatory about other companies (both the other companies were very pushy and constantly bad mouthing their competitors) I would highly recommend Coral windows to family and friends.

Aug 22,2023We paid top price for a door fitting in 2020. Lock guaranteed for 5 years. However, we have now been locked out twice in a month due to it failing and they aren't coming out to look until 31 August. Disgusted with their aftercare and not worth the money. Handle has all worn away very quickly and looks cheap. Letterbox is all scratched from mail being pushed through, it should be able to withstand paper!! We are planning on a full set of windows soon but won't be asking them for a quote. Very attentive until they have your money. Update, after writing this review, my husband got in touch with Coral again. I wasn't the one on the database. Amazing how after submitting a negative review we were able to get the lock fixed within a couple of days. It's just a shame you have to go to this length to get decent customer service!
