Jan 17,2025In response to Coral reply, 2 months is not such a small delay in completing fitting. Investigation ? No respect for customer or property Bad instalation, damage done as they rushed through works, ended up taking over a month to get windows finished, cant prove right glass is in and its now noisier than before (only way to prove this apparently is to do a sound check before having windows done -well not something you think of when ordering windows for the full house. Will need to have nearly every interior windowed wall re-skimmed. Not looking forward to that bill. Tried to bully me into paying before works were completed, and still left rubbish in the garden. Honestly worst service ever I spent nearly six and a half thousand pounds. Works finally finished 23rd December, windows ordered at beginning of October. Had a call from coral after my review, asked if they looked into my experience and tried to rectify some of the ongoing issues, would I edit my review from a 1 star. The answer was no as this was the worst installation ive experienced. They still going to look into the "claims" but i will not expect any repairs to plastering I have said no

Jan 16,2025The fitters were well organised and did a great job, in fitting both the window and conservatory doors. Clean and tidy, also tidied up after themselves. I was impressed with the finished results, even making good the window sills near the patio doors. Very pleased!

Jan 14,2025The order process was very easy. The surveyor called measured up and was most helpful. I came home from work and the fitter had cleaned up after himself. The only difference was my new beautiful door.

THE FITTERS WHERE EXTREMELY VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY AND THEY DID A SUPER JOB REMOVING OLD WINDOWS AND CLEANING BEFORE FITTING NEW WINDOWS AND BEST OF ALL REMOVING A WINDOW AND WALL AND MAKING ROOM FOR FRENCH DOORS WE ARE ALL 101% SATISFIED WE AL THE HELP AN SUPORT AND FITTING. Initially I submitted an online request for a quote which was answered quickly and the salesperson who came out was very helpful and knowledgeable. The installation went really quickly and smoothly, the guys did a great job. They worked cleanly and professionally and were friendly. The windows are brilliant. I highly recommend Coral.

From Josh the sales rep to Paul the manager to the installers Richard & Josh and their boss Steve can't fault them did a magnificent job great customer care overall. They even fixed my front door for no extra cost absolutely stunning. I couldn’t recommend coral enough. I was right to do my research and my research was right.
