Feb 14,2025I ordered shower gel and it said on website it would be dispatched in around 7-10 days. It took almost 5 weeks and a dozen emails before they arrived. Would never buy from this outlay again. Unfortunate because they were the only outlay that had what I was looking for.

Feb 09,2025Do not use their products. I bought a Kerastase shampoo because I was continuously buying the smaller version from my hair stylist and I wanted the 34oz one. Once received my hair was greasy and not at all what I was used to. I put a small amount of the Kerastase from my hair stylist and put it side by side with the one from this site, COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. Color, texture, results. So they switch out the products in the containers. It’s so disappointing. I wish I could attach the photo to this review. I will never buy from this site again.

Just managed to get some more Lancome micellar water - my fave cleanser - since Lancôme decided to discontinue it and replaced it with a chemical peel product. I don’t particularly want my eyelids chemically peeled. Service is great and prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend !!

My order was shipped via DHL Courier with tracking, and I was very pleased with the smooth and reliable delivery process. All the iS Clinical products I received are wonderful! Dec 29,20241MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE FULL OF LIES AND NEVER SPECIFIED IT WOULD TAKE OVER A MONTH FOR SHIPPING, THE RESPONSE WAS A LIE AS THE PRODUCTS STILL HAVE NOT SHIPPED TO OUR HOME SINCE WE ORDER ALMOST THREE WEEKS NOW. THE COMPANY NEVER SPECIFIED THEY WERE INTERNATIONAL. NOW MY DUAGHTER WHO SPENT OVER SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS ONLY HOME EVERY TWO YEARS IS GONE NOW AND I CAN'T SHIP A THING TO HER AS SHE TRAVELS. I AM ANGRY BECAUSE WE REACHED OUT AND TO THEM AND WAS TOLD WE WOULD RECEIVE OUR REFUND AS NOTHING HAS BEEN SHIPPED. TRACKING INFORMATION HAS NEVER COINCIDED WITH TRUE TIME LINES DHL APPEARS AS WE TRACK BUT NOTHING SHOWS UP WHEN THE TRACKING NUMBER IS ENTERED FOR DHL. I HAVE TRACKED WITH USPS AND UPS, FED EX BALD EAGLES. MY MOTHER WAS GETTING A BOTTLE AS SHE LOVED THE FRAGRANCE BUT THE HOLIDAY IS NOW OVER
