Very solid product with a high quality materials. I have already recommended it to my friend who is going to order one this week!

Sep 03,2024I purchased a smoker BBQ from this company, and it has been a deeply disappointing experience. After a short period of use, the product began to rust and show signs of significant damage, despite my careful adherence to all provided instructions. I followed all guidelines, including ensuring the BBQ was cool and dry before covering, but the item still deteriorated rapidly. When I contacted customer service to request a replacement or refund, I was met with excuses and was essentially blamed for the damage. The company insisted that the issues were due to "trapped moisture" and "user error," even though their explanation did not align with the product's intended use. They claimed that the BBQ needed to have the lid opened periodically during use, which completely defeats the purpose of a smoker that requires a closed environment to function properly. To add insult to injury, despite acknowledging my dissatisfaction and the product's clear inability to handle charcoal fuel as advertised, they refused to provide a replacement or refund. Instead, they offered to send a replacement smoker box, which is completely unacceptable given the circumstances. I strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before purchasing from this company. Their products are of poor quality, and their customer service is even worse. They do not stand by their products and will not provide proper support when issues arise. Don't waste your money—look elsewhere for a reliable BBQ.

Sep 02,2024Controllable heat tray to stopping food burning makes the BBq excellent. Easy removal of spent charcol is a bonus. Excellent support from Kiran who assisted our needs with a damaged part which needed replacement. Will buy again these BBqs

Aug 19,2024Fantastic 5 star service from this company, I ordered a BBQ yesterday (Sat) and it was delivered free (Sun) lunchtime. What brilliant service. Lovely quality BBQ, came flat packed with a cover and Free smoker box, took hubby 45 minutes to put together, so can't wait to use it. Aug 18,2024BBQ arrived at the end of July but only just assembled it today 17/08/24. The final assembly is connecting the top to the bottom bowl and then finding the connecting hinge is completely inadequate for the weight of the top and it has a ridiculous locking pin. Also under the lower bowel is a detachable chamber for ashes with totally inadequate exit holes for ash to exit. Whoever designed this BBQ clearly knows nothing about grilling with charcoal.

Aug 17,2024My experience with Cosmogrill has been incredible. From the initial search for a new barbecue, i checked the reviews of Cosmogrill and was very confident to go ahead and order. My BBQ arrived very quickly, well packaged and very easy to assemble. Not to mention asking them a question at 10pm on live chat, expecting a reply the next day but instead, receiving this within 30 seconds?! You won’t find customer service like this many places anymore. Incredible company! Really putting there product and customer support first! Thank you.

Easy to navigate the webpages and order. A small error on mine was quickly and efficiently dealt with by Kiran in the support team and resolved so good customer service too!

I noticed that I'd lost the little rubber bungs for the lid so looked online.. couldn't find anything similar. Spoke to Sarah on live chat and not only was she friendly, (working after hours) but she managed to resolve my inquiry in mere minutes. From sales to delivery to after sales my experiences have been fantastic! Thank you again for your help Sarah. You're a star!!!!

Aug 14,2024We recently bought a CosmoGrill Jnr having seen and used one at my daughter’s house. What an amazing Charcoal BBQ. Its functionality, ease of use, ease of cleaning, innovative handle wind up/down for the charcoal tray is amazing so easy to use. Within a short time though, we had a small issue with a small area of paint blistering. I immediately re sprayed it with heat resistant paint and problem solved. I later informed CosmoGrill of the minor inconsistency to alert them to a potential problem. They couldnt have been more helpful, especially Kiran who dealt with our enquiry. Sometimes things do go wrong with manufactured products as a combination of usage not as per instructions or a manufacturing irregularity, but the measure of a retail company, is the manner in which they respond to these issues and their valued customers. Something the larger retailers need to reflect on as this small run family business is knocking it out of the park. Well done CosmoGrill..

Aug 07,2024Ordered the xxl charcoal grill and found one panel to be damaged in transit. Contacted CosmoGrill and Kiran provided advice on how to rectify the issue, with the back up of replacing the part if we were unable to rectify the issue ourselves. Kiran’s proposed solution worked perfectly, grill is now fully assembled and ready to cook on. Build quality is excellent and instructions for assembly were clear. All in all very impressed, it’s a mark of a great company when the customer service provided when an issue arises is there and responds quickly and efficiently. Thanks Kiran!

Aug 06,2024Bought the CosmoGrill 4+1 via B&Q. The shelf on the lower part of the bbq was dented when delivered but after sending pictures a replacement part was sent out to me in days. Overall, an excellent product accompanied with no nonsense customer service. 5/5.

The unit arrived undamaged, the assembly instructions were clear and the production quality good so the individual piece parts and subassemblies aligned and came together well. Overall the I'm pleased with the BBQ, its finish quality and ease of use / control is good - no excuses for burnt burgers ....

Sep 12,2024Was very pleased with the arrival of my £200 bbq in two boxes which seemed very elaborate for a bbq. However my excitement was quickly quenched with the quality. It really has the build quality of a b and q bbq flexible panels poorly welded with a saggy coal bed that I wouldn't want to put coal on one end as it sags before it gets hot. So not what I expected and had already given my old (used and worn but still worked) vonhous to my brother in law so I'm stuck with this not very cheap but b and q quality bbq. I won't be buying from cosmogrill again.
