Jun 06,2024The design of the barbecue is really good charcoal side with Adjustable Charcoal rack is very good Along with the sides smoker. The grease tray on the gas side is not so good. It has leaked grease all over my Patio area as it leaks out of the corner and does not run down to tray. Cooks very well on both sides, charcoal or gas Fully adjustable unusable other than staining on patio

Jun 06,2024Good response to my enquiry. Good suggestion regarding stainless steel heat deflector, compared to original tinny ones. Delivered on time and they impressed my Bro in Law. His response was. Blimey! Even assuming that you had the kit to do so, you couldn’t make them for that price. B.T.W. we’ve cooked on the Cosmo Grill BBQ several times already this year.

Jun 06,2024I don’t leave reviews regularly but I was pleasantly surprised all round. Well priced, delivered next day, clear and easy assembly and really well built. Given the price I was expecting something with metal a bit thinner than you’d like, soft screws, rough welds and assembly that needed a bit of extra persuasion due to large manufacturing tolerances but this was spot on in every way. The functionality is also spot on, it heats up quickly, seems to have a really well distributed heat. This is one of those all too rare occurrences where the quality far exceeds the price and I was genuinely left really impressed and happy. It’s my new favourite toy!

Jun 06,2024Things that were great: The BBQ The speed of delivery The communication speed with customer service. Things that need improving: Damaged parts in box. Replacements sent but packaging could be better to prevent this Gestures of good will: was sent the wrong accessory, rather than a simple "keep it" creating good will, I was offered a measly £5 off to keep it. Sending the right parts: was sent 2 accessories on 2 occassions that were wrong, so took me 3 attempts to get the bits I actually ordered. BBQ is great though. INstructions clear. Really enjoy using it.

May 27,2024The first impressions are horrible as the BBQ comes in too many separate pieces, with instructions that could be clearer. To top it up, the final bit - to secure the lid - is extremely fiddly and took us half an hour of frustration to get right. Total assembling time = 2.5 hours. The BBQ itself looks great but it already came with minor bumps that look like either bad manufacturing or mishandling when packing. I can't comment on how the BBQ performs yet as waiting for the good weather to use it. Overall good but they could have sent some parts pre-assembled without taking up much more space in the boxes.

May 27,2024The product is good quality- I opted for 2 additional items “ smoker” and the pizza plate however the application of these products is not covered in the installation manual or referenced. A QR code on the side of it would be helpful as the user manual. In addition the customs charges were a bit a stinger and wasn’t ready for that !

May 25,2024Quickly delivery. Bought a BBQ grill, came well packed and delivery quickly (just in time for BBQ). Instructions are nice and clear. Only issue I have is there is the centre back area that seems to cook super quick compared to the rest of the grill. Don’t know if this is a fault or how these grills are (just means I have to keep moving things are to cook evenly). Does the job overall.

May 25,2024Bits missing from the Rotisserie that we ordered. However, this was resolved quickly. Delivery driver damaged our property in which we had to go through DPD directly which they sorted. Apart from the hassle of this whole transaction (hence the 3 stars), everything else was ok.

May 25,2024Arrived as expected, good customer services. I had a fault with the racks and they were replaced quickly without arguement. Love the BBQ, high quality and cover is better than any other I’ve tried. Would use them again.

May 21,2024Recently bought the CosmoGrill 4+1 deluxe. Took me 2hrs to put together on my own. Instructions and parts detailed and individually packaged. Had an issue with igniting the bbq , contacting the help desk for assistance. They were extremely helpful and patient with my queries.

Jun 06,2024Brilliant all round grill and customer service. Arrived within 2 days of ordering, very easy to put together and excellent heat control available on both Gas and Charcoal sides. Offset smoker is also very good but does take a few goes to get used to. Would thoroughly recommend the Cosmogrill Dual fuel. Excellent product and service.
