Jun 25,2024Bought a 6+1 pro gas grill, it's weathered ok, whilst quick to rust and paint has peeled in, it's still in good shape. I ordered replacement parts for the bits that were going. And I'm disappointed with the packaging, coming in some ratty broken cardboard boxes taped together, although had no bearing on it being damaged, so that was more luck that forethought. The biggest issue is the cover, ordered a new one as the sun had badly faded and made the material crack. In the hoes the new one would be better, it isn't, it's already faded and there has only been 3 days of sun. I now just have to wait for it to become so fragile and rip.. DO NOT buy the cover, go elsewhere for better quality and one that will last. The other stuff isn't too bad, and the BBQ bits can be replaced, it's just the fact they will have to be replaced at so e point.

Jun 25,2024Quality of the bbq purchased was fantastic, delivered quickly, well packaged, no complaints at all, loved the note inside giving customer support options if there was any issues, not that I needed it, but a nice touch!

Jun 25,2024The grill arrived undamaged less than 48hrs after ordering and the delivery driver and his mate put it my garage as requested. The assembly instructions were clear and easy to understand and assembly went without any issues, it took around 1 hour. We used it for the first time that evening without any issues. For the money, it's a good piece of kit, time will tell.

Jun 25,2024Right part but can't be fitted as screws provided are supposed to screw into safety nuts designed not to come loose so I can't remove the original part. Currently in dialogue to try and sort problem with customer service who have so far been very prompt.

Jun 11,2024Received a BBQ, which was damaged when arrived so I took photos of the damage the same day it arrived and sent it to, Cosmogrill. The Hood has a deep scratch on the top and side and the bottom sections were twisted. I emailed the photos on the day of delivery to be sure I could get some replacement parts. The best offered is £10 then pay for the parts to be re-packaged and driven over the drop off centre.
