Apr 25,2024Amazing quality with attention to detail 1. Probably the best made item I have bought, amazing it fits together SO well 2. Quality, NO sharp parts, all fits like a glove 3. IGNORE the few who have NO idea, the chimney fits 100%, just turn it round until ALL 3 holes line up. It only fits in one of THREE orientations as the holes are not at 120 degrees of each other, NO modification is needed just common sense. 4. Well thought out and designed

Apr 24,2024My daughter bought us a Jr Smoker Cosmogrill, and I've just finished assembling it. We're absolutely delighted with it. It was self assembly, which can always seem a bit daunting, but follow the instructions and there's no problem. No missing bits and the quality seems to be very good. I was also impressed with the maintenance advice given on the website. All we have to do now is to learn how to BBQ.

Apr 23,2024We recently brought the compact barbecue as a gift for dad. Though unfamiliar with the brand, we was surprised by the exceptional build quality and performance of such a small grill. Not only has he used it like every weekend, he now wants a bigger model, I might get Mum to surprise him next year with their new Yamara model, the viewing window is beautiful. I highly recommend CosmoGrill for both quality and reliable customer service.

Apr 23,2024I bought the stainless steel BBQ. The build quality was great and the results have been fantastic. By far the best BBQ I have used. I had a small issue with the temperature gauge condensing. I contacted Cosmo and they immediately sent a replacement. The customer service was exceptional. I have been impressed with both the product and the company.

Apr 21,2024Dear Sirs, I purchased a dual fuel bbq which I assembled and used yesterday. The heat output from the gas hob is extremely poor. I have checked for kinks in the gas pipe and attached a new gas bottle. Have I assembled incorrectly? Very grateful for solutions.

Apr 20,2024Great bbq , bought my first one in 2018, bought the same one as a replacement and utilise some spares from the original. It's a cracking bbq. Used the handle from the old one to go on the gas ring end which means both ends have a handle, much easier for moving it around. Thank you.

Apr 15,2024was a bit hesitant as had never heard of this brand before and was looking at quite an expensive stainless steel barbecue but I can’t tell you how happy I am. The build is solid and looks really good. It cooks easily for 25 people and the cast iron really does add beautiful flavours. It arrived next day too which was a bonus!

Mar 29,2024Do not recommend. Spent just short of £300 on a charcoal bbq which arrived with damaged legs. Immediately contacted customer service who have sent an average of one response every two days when chased. Tried to claim the damage was ‘weld marks’ and that they couldn’t identify any damage. Dents and snapped plastic are not ‘weld marks’. In order to receive replacement legs they requested the bbq legs be returned before they would send out replacements. Damaged product let down by very poor customer service. Unfortunately I should have waited for a product to come back in stock at Vonhaus.

Mar 11,2024I have ordered an XL Smoker Charcoal Barbecue which was a promising item I was excited to get to my family and me. Short story. The lid arrived damaged, I took pictures and showed it to them they tried to give me a free pizza stone in return instead of providing a replacement. After I told them I wanted to send it back they told me they could send a replacement part. The replacement lid arrived; it has more damage than the previous one. My suggestion is to buy a BBQ only if you can see the whole item built otherwise, you'll end up in a never-ending loop of problems. I am curious what they will try to offer me this time, probably two stones. Shame as it looks like a promising grill at first. UPDATE: The 3rd replacement hood arrived in good condition and the grill is working fine. We like the grill. The 3-star is because of the Pizza Stone offer and how it was offered. It works fine and I think it may survive 3 seasons.

Jul 28,20231 year and 2 weeks old. Used a total of 6 times and the xxl bbq is completely covered in rust. It's been under the cover I bought from cosmogrill.com. Their advice is to air the bbq and keep it inside which is ridiculous to say the least. Really poor quality steel which I imagine is sourced from a 3rd world country as it is such poor quality and certainly not premium grade metal. I'd love to attach pictures so other people can see how poor it really is and what to expect from their bbq in the future.

Jul 19,2023OK. Some small bits about assembly etc.. Can be done by one (impatient) person. Slight niggles about a couple of the pictures but they're on par with similar models I've assembled. Used once on the gas side and very good food cooking. Easy to clean as well. I did have some questions about the side offset smoker box which were handled professionally (and friendly by Josh) to my full satisfaction so, in summary, so far I'm very happy with my choice of BBQ and CosmoGrill itself.

Jul 19,2023The BBQ was supplied quickly & well packaged generally. Good quality kit for the price. Small dent to door due to box ingress was reported, acknowledged & door replaced next day. Overall very pleased with item & service. The assembly instructions could be a touch clearer, as reported by others, but this did not present a significant issue.

May 08,2024I had my Cosmo bbq delivered this weekend, excellent product. Unfortunately there was a small issue with one of the parts having some slight damage in transit. I mentioned this purely as some feedback for the company and they have been brilliant. Great customer service.
