Jul 13,2023Although I haven’t received the BBQ yet as only ordered today. I would like to say a big thank you to Cosmo esp Aman for ultra fast replies to my emails and queries. I was originally ordering with Vonhaus, but customer services not helpful. Also Cosmo BBQ XL has great reviews and cheaper than Vonhaus model. Happy customer!!

Jul 05,2023Argos let me down with delivery at the last minute and after explaining the urgency of the situation (barbecue party this Friday) Cosmo delivered the next day. Don't know how good the barbecue is as I haven't unpacked it yet but if it's as brilliant as the customer service I'll be well pleased. Thank You Cosmo.

Jun 23,2023I cannot fault Cosmo Grill at all, id give more than 5 stars if i could, speedy delivery too. The smoker on our BBQ has scratching to it, I know this does not affect use but we messaged and send pictures and a whole new smoker was delivered within 48 hours ! the BBQ cover was also not fitting correctly and again a brand new one was delivered, excellent communication and speedy results, the BBQ has been on twice a day for the last 4 weeks !! we love it, gas, charcoal and smoker with side pan cooker and a bargain price for all of that its huge and brilliant ! thank you again for the customer service, went beyond our expectations.

Jun 12,2023Fantastic BBQ! Takes just over 2 hours to put together and is quite straightforward. Handy to have another pair of hands to help when putting the legs on and installing the coal grill. The BBQ has a big grill and which allows for direct and indirect cooking. My lamb koftas and jerk chicken got 5 star reviews by my guests! What special about CosmoGrill is the fantastic customer support service they provide. The delivery company shipped a pizza stone instead of a smoker box. A simple whats app message to customer support and the smoker box was delivered less than 24 Hrs later. Even better, as a good will gesture, they let me keep the pizza stone! Thank you CosmoGrill, legendary customer service!

Jun 10,2023Quick delivery! Easy instructions & good quality. However, our brand new bbq was damaged (bent in places) which we fixed & it looks good. Having said that, the bbq needs to on flat ground or the lid will not close correctly, leaving gaps. Otherwise it’s a great bbq and we are happy with it.

Jun 03,2023Really pleased with the service from Cosmo Grill. We had a swift delivery of our XL Smoker Charcoal Barbecue. Unfortunately, on opening, the hood cover was dented and out of shape (possibly in transit??). We made immediate contact with Cosmo Grill sending the photos. Excellent, rapid communication with options given followed. We decided to receive another replacement hood which arrived 2 days later. Problems happen but when they're dealt with efficiently like our experience with Cosmo Grill then we'll keep returning and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company to friends and family.

Jul 18,2023Amazing customer service and really good value BBQ grill. Absolutely loving the XL smoker grill, was worried it might not be up to standard as it was much cheaper than similar well known brands on the market, but this thing is amazing! Construction was fun, the instructions were relatively well laid out, and it took me about an hour on my own to construct. Would recommend 2 people putting it together if you can. Use a hand screwdriver not an 18v drill as I found out, as the screws are a little soft. Don't fully tighten everything until the end and you'll be golden. Parts were nicely machined and lined up well. Overall the unit is very sturdy. The cover is a good buy, it's really well made and fits perfectly. The cast iron grills are nice but a little delicate. The standard grill is great anyway. Really functional BBQ with great versatility. Holds heat really well. I used about 2kg of charcoal pushed to one side to hold a nice 150c for five hours with the lid closed, and a smoker box full of hickory chips. Pork belly came out perfect. The best bit was the customer service, I messed up the order with the wrong address and email address and gave them call, they sorted it straight away. Main delivery came very fast. One of the cast iron grills came damaged by the carrier and again, was sorted and replaced by Cosmogrill very quickly. Can't praise the customer service team enough, they were awesome the whole way through. Why buy from B&Q when you can get it direct from CosmoGrill?
