Contacted Cosmo by chat and they quickly delt with it by sending some replacement by next day delivery (by this time it was 4:45pm but still got it next day ) such a lovely chap I felt with would definitely recommend

May 25,2023I did a lot of research to find the most economical BBQ for our family bbqs, and in the end we chose CosmoGrill.... after mistakenly ordering an inferior version from Wayfair and struggling for 4 hours to put it together due to faulty parts and awful instructions, we sent it back and then ordered the cosmogrill smoker XXL in the same day. It was SO EASY to make - super clear instructions and 100 times better materials than the £80 cheaper version. We are THRILLED with the result and we cannot WAIT to have our first BBQ this weekend. Its amazing. The customer service also brilliant and the chat function is managed and even answered out of hours. THANK YOU COSMOGRILL.

The instructions to build are straightforward and the nuts and bolts are packaged with clear indication of what they are. My wife assisted and we actually enjoyed the construction process. Fully recommend this item to anyone looking for a quality BBQ for this summer

Jun 02,2023I did lots of research on a dual fuel BBQ and CosmoGrill always came out within the top 5. The BBQ is awesome and worth every penny, the service and delivery from CosmoGrill was also outstanding. Ordered lunchtime on a Saturday and arrived lunchtime on the Sunday.
