Sep 13,2023Ryan the sales assistant was so helpful and as a person who is very unsure of which system I needed on a laptop he guided and advised me. Ryan also loaded the programme onto the laptop and checked it was all up and running for me before I left the shop.

Aug 30,2023Just like it says on the tin, the laptop arrived promptly, everything working and all the correct specifications. I did have to learn a foreign language ( Czech) in order to set up my windows account before I reconfigured most of it back to English. This was tedious and time consuming and may cause bother to other punters, fortunately I was familiar with the setup procedures. But the product is excellent and the price was better than elsewhere online when you compared like with like.
