The folks at CREATIVE IT have been absolutely fabulous from the start. Bought an ASUS Vivobook in December 2022 from them - really affordable and a great machine. Unfortunately had issues with the track pad. But I was able to send it back, have it repaired and returned with zero hassle. Could not recommend these folks enough!

The staff here are doing a super job, they do exactly as stated on their website and other social media, supply a super product and on time, they call back if required. Got an iPhone here recently and honestly it was better than expected. 100% recommend Creative-It, keep up the good work

I went in with 4 problems and came away with 3 completely solved and the 4th being investigated to see if it is possible for information to be retrieved. For someone like myself that isn’t very IT savvy it’s fabulous to have a place locally you can go and be looked after by patient, courteous and professional people.
