Dec 17,2022Phone was ordered with the brand new battery option (100% capacity). After fully charging the battery I check the battery health and it was only 99%. While setting up the phone and doing the software update, the back of the phone became very hot. I turned off the phone and left it off for 24 hours. When I went to turn it back on, the battery was completely dead. I phoned them and was told to send it back so they could investigate it. No update from them either when I phoned them or from their support system for over a week. No quality control or customer service it seems.

I do not know a lot about specifications but was guided by creative IT and felt very confident in their recommendations.
