Feb 03,2020I am impressed with my laptop, it looks brand new although it is refurbished and it works perfectly fine. i would recommend you buy it for a cheap price. The only issue there i had was with delivery it came later than expected other than that everything is perfect

Feb 02,2020Purchased via Amazon. It was delivered on time and was very well packed. When setting up, it got itself into a boot loop which sometimes happens. I emailed support and got a very detailed reply on how to fix it. Aos phoned them as I didn't know how long it would take to respond and spoke to a very knowledgeable lady who gave me step by step instructions over the phone. I was soon up and running. You would think the laptop was new and everything works as it should
