Mar 01,2020The product came on time. The seller replied my question in 24 hours. The product looks almost like new one, except very slight traces of use. It came without the original package, but with an adaptor and 6 months of internet security as a gift. I would be happier if the device would be faster and more durable in terms of battery. Overall, I am happy for ordering the product and 100% recommend the seller.

Feb 28,2020Purchased a Lenovo ThinkPad X240 i5 with 8gb RAM, 256gb SSD & Windows 10 Pro from Amazon. £200 including delivery with Amazon Prime. Well, it looks - and smells - brand new! A breeze to set up once all Windows updates installed. I had to contact customer support for a quick enquiry and got a response in under 5 minutes. Great vendor, great service, great product

Feb 28,2020I bought a Lenovo ThinkPad T430 i5 Laptop, Refurbished. So i was a little bit paranoid on how the condition would be on it as i've never bought a refurbished product before. It arrived before the givin date which was a good surprise & looked in mint condition. As this was a present i didnt know really know how it would run but my brother has assured me its a cracking little Laptop for the price. Lastly, but by no means least, & what i give this seller the most kudos for, is replacing the charger after it broke, about 2 months after purchase. What i didnt know was that the charger isn't covered in the basic warranty, so i was at a loss for the most part, & the only argument i had was how soon it had broken. Well i didnt have to worry as they replaced the charger without question & swift, very good, prompt service.

Feb 28,2020Bought an HP 840 G3 Elitebook laptop and couldn't be more pleased with it. It is a renewed product, but out of the box it looks brand new. If there are any marks on it then I haven't found them. It is exactly as described, was delivered quickly and on time. It worked straightaway and the simple instructions sheet to activate the Windows10 software was spot on. The laptop itself is stylish to look at and works extremely fast, and was keenly priced too. Thanks for a great product, buying experience and no hassle transaction. David.
