Mar 11,2020Ordered the laptop on 16 February 2020 and was delivered on 18 February 2020. Purchased to replace a laptop that seemed to be getting slower and slower. The condition of the laptop is excellent with no visible damage or marks. Followed the simple instructions which came with the laptop basically windows 10 was preloaded so it was just a case of entering the product code which came with the machine and away you go. All seems to be working well and its nice to have a reasonably fast machine. The only problem is that it has a US keyboard but as I use an external one its not an issue.

Mar 04,2020i brought a refurbished Lenovo laptop through the Amazon site, delivery was very good yet didnt get the DPD delivery slot, overall the PC seems okay except the lower left search function doesnt work, when you click in the box it doesnt let you type, I dont however feel this is a reason to return it as its not something that is essential for me. the set up instructions were easy to follow, I am still on day one so will follow up with any feedback if anything else is amiss. a big positive was the offer of a years extended to 18 months FOC
