Feb 17,2020Just bought a Dell laptop. Fantastic delivery: arrived less than 20 hours after ordering even though I ordered late on a Friday. Although specified as a "renewed" product the item appears to be brand new and came with an upgraded operating system, (Windows 10 pro). Great value item.

Feb 15,2020purchased a renewed chromebook from these guys and was very impressed the item was like new there were not a single mark/scratch on it.it was extremely well packaged so as not to get damaged and it arrived in super fast time,i received item the very next day,and i was supplied with a tracking number so i could keep an eye on my parcels location etc.would highly recommend.

Feb 12,2020This company is great! I ordered a laptop off their amazon page and it came and it is great! However, the laptop that I thought I ordered (that is what it said on the amazon page) was a Lenovo ThinkPad T430 but what came was a Lenovo ThinkPad T430s (the only difference was that on the non s model you can change the CPU). However, this is fine and that laptop is great (if you check the CRS Website it says T430s). The only problem was that the battery life was really bad, but I contact CRS and they sent me a replacement battery for free. They have great customer service. I am really happy with what I bought and the price was very reasonable.

Feb 10,2020******AVOID AT ALL COSTS***** This has got to be the worst company I have had to deal with. Broken items, Poor packaging, disgusting customer service. Its been over a week of nonsense and now I am back to the start of sourcing equipment from a different company. If you need your equipment to work and want it delivered to the correct address and don't want any hassle of dealing with absolute incompetence then buy elsewhere. You will get nothing but stress and wasted time and money here.

Feb 08,2020Ordered a HP 14 Chromebook laptop on Wednesday through Amazon and it arrived on Friday afternoon. It seemed perfect. Set it up and performs as I would expect a new computer to perform. I did have a problem with the US English keyboard but it did not take long to sort it out how to get capitals. I would recommend anyone to buy from CRS.

Feb 20,2020Excellent. Clean ThinkPad x250, battery lasts well; cleaning fluid smell a bit acrid initially. Paul at CRS resolved a keyboard issue by by email within an hour; brilliant.
