Jul 24,2023The ease and simple way the professional teams treat you is superb It takes the stress out of what at times in the past can be a stressful time We where met directions spot on, the car checked and we were out and on our way all in 15 mins Then on the way back easy will be directed and signposted and again within disembarkation we were on the way home

Jul 24,2023We have used this service twice now, the last booking changed three times because of covid and a family situation. The changes all dealt with easily with no hassle, just a quick phone call. On arrival, car park drop off within 1 minute of the ship, just wheel your bags to drop off across the road and walk into the terminal for checkin, security and boarding and everything highly organised and efficient. This service takes any anxiety out of parking your car at the port, both on leaving to go on holiday and just as easy coming back. Would highly recommend

Jul 24,2023We arrived at the cruise terminal and we were greeted by a very cheerful and smiling lady, what a great positive start. Our car was taken from us and she reminded us that we would be coming back to a different terminal but not to worry as our car would be waiting for us. Sure enough after two weeks away we returned and our car was waiting for us. Collecting the keys was easy and we were greeted with a smile. What a very pleasant experience with a professional company. We always try to use them whenever we can.

Jul 24,2023This was the first time we had used CPS and we were very impressed indeed. Being unfamiliar with Southampton cruise terminal, I phoned CPS up in advance and asked if there was a map to guide us in to the correct place. The operator gave me a postcode which was pin-point accurate! On our arrival last week, the CPS staff were professional, friendly and courteous, not to mention very helpful. This morning when we collected our car it was the same story, friendly smiling and helpful staff and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We will definitely use CPS again. Well done all round.

Jul 23,2023Stress Free Parking. Very professional and friendly staff directed us from arriving in port, to leaving my car and advising what to do upon our return. It took less than 10 minutes to retrieve the keys today, find the car from the staffs directions and driving away. I would definitely recommend this company.

Jul 23,2023I have always been sceptical about leaving my car and keys with a parking company however after using CPS a number of times, I now trust CPS to take care of my car and provide a hassle free service when dropping off and collecting it.

Jul 23,2023Good instructions right through from the gate to handing the car over at the cruise terminal. On return a quick efficient service of picking up the key and being directed to where the car was parked. Off home in no time.

Jul 23,2023We were met by a lovely lady, who realising O had a mobility problem arranged to have us met when we returned. We removed our cases and someone helped us to put them on a trolley. We were met with a wheelchair and taken through all the problems of getting on the ships. On our return, we were met with a wheelchairs, wheeled to the luggage hall by a very friendly young man. In the luggage hall another young man loaded our cases and the pair of them took us directly to our car and collected the car key. The two of them were so very helpful. I have to say that we have always found the helpfulness and politeness of your staff to be outstanding.

Jul 23,2023Had to Drop off the car at Southampton docks choose CPS for the first time as recommended for cruise holidays parking by Cunard. On getting to the port the whole CPS parking process was quick , safe and easy with very helpful staff and so the drop off point was so close to the ship. On return 23/7/23 the process was even better quicker and again staff were very helpful. Thanks to CPS and Cunard.

Jul 23,2023Parking was very easy, the lady took photos of the car and then gave a receipt for the keys. The ship was close by and so it was easy to get the luggage on board. Everybody was friendly and efficient, both before the cruise and when we checked in. The car was close by when we picked it up and had been looked after well.
