Jul 23,2023Having never cruised before this was the first time we had used this CPS parking service. They were so well organised, polite and helpful upon arrival. Upon our return, when we disembarked the ship at 8.20am, we were in the car and on our way by 8.45am. Excellent service and experience and would use again.

Jul 23,2023When we arrived at the docks we were shown to an under covered handover area and were greeted by a polite and smiling lady who proceeded to photograph the car and reminded us to remove any articles we might need for our trip before the car was driven away to a secure area. Upon our return we had a short walk to collect our keys and our car. A great service and will certainly use you again.

Jul 23,2023We've used CPS a couple of times. Great service! The process couldn't be smoother. This makes the start and end of the holiday stress free and simple. You drive up to the cruise terminal where a CPS driver takes a couple of photos then they take your car. At the end of the cruise is a very short walk to collect your keys then you're off. Easy. Highly recommended and we will use again.

Jul 23,2023We arrived within our designated time slot, only a short queue. We waited with the car whilst they photographed it then handed over the keys and took our luggage. Again a short wait on return to get our keys but nothing major and then only a few minutes to exit the car park but we where one of the later groups to leave the cruise ship. We would definitely use them again

Jul 23,2023Dropping the car off and handing keys over was stress free, quick and easy. Photos taken of the car, we unloaded the cases and headed for the ship. On our return collected the key, told where our car was parked. Will definitely use again

Jul 23,2023As soon as we arrived at the terminal, we were politely greeted by the representative and photographs and details taken. Our car was taken only yards to a safe car park. On our return the key to our car was returned to us and the car was in the designated bay in the condition we left it in

Jul 23,2023Arrived, having booked parking over the 'phone with no problem, on 6 July. No problem being directed to my spot. A lady photographed the car, whilst a chap had a laugh and joke with me about the car keys (yes, you can guess that one!). He then went to get me a trolley. Said goodbye to my little red car and off I went, confident that it would be well looked after. Upon my return on 20 July, no problem at all with finding the kiosk, was given my key, found the car and off I went. (I do wish the airports were this simple.) All went smoothly, I will definitely use them again and thoroughly recommend them. Great people!

Jul 23,2023Very quick and efficient. Pulled up outside the terminal, unloaded, photos taken of the car, handed over the keys and off we went. On return, walked out, crossed the road and was handed my keys within 3 mins of leaving the terminal. No problems with the car. Very polite and friendly staff.
