I’ve called over 8 times to get my point across which still hasn’t even came across yet. Booking directly with the cruise line is the best thing anyone could do. Avoid this hassle at all costs. Feb 16,2025I booked my cruise and needed an accommodations for my husband. There was some confusion and I didn't get an accessible room. Francine called me on a Saturday and was very accommodating at fixing the issue. She was polite and sincere. When I sail next year I will be booking through them. Thanks again Francine!!
