This was mainly because my initial call was with Jasmine W… if you are lucky and she is your first contact you have received an individual that is knowledgeable and honest. She will give you all the information and assist you until you are ready to continue with the cruise line. Thank you Jasmine for all your help. We had a small issue with the confirmation and she quickly put us on hold and had the IT people looking into it & with in moments everything was taken care of and Marianne continued to be very helpful as she got us even more savings on our trip .
