Jun 15,2024Marianne Marsiano was a breath of fresh air My Aunt Diane and I greatly appreciate her Service in assisting us with our Cruise. Unfortunately, majority of our Family members wanted to back out closer towards the end of our final payment. Due to certain situations, we felt it was better to weigh our options and cancel for this year. We are very disappointed, but Marianne understood the situation and finalized everything for us. She’s wonderful and very thorough in all she do! Thank you, Marianne!!!

Jun 03,2024Trying to get a room # on our cruise to Alaska aboard Carnival Miracle already payed $350 extra for Handy cap room and were charged an additional $300 for other fees there is something wrong here in this transaction & 650 more for handicap room …I am a veteran and retired Correctional Peace Officer and this is how we are being treated… Shame on you… going to be our last and final cruise…., will vacation on a all inclusive resort next time …. I know the cruise industry is trying to recover from the pandemic but this a slap in the face to Veterans and retired first responders of America Shame on you 🇺🇸👮🏼
