Mar 08,2023Our experience with the customer service and cruise line was amazing; because they resolved our issue within 24 hours as promised. We had an issue with our room being changed from balcony, which was a deal breaker on if I could even go on the cruise at all. I have OCD and large groups of people can be problematic at times and I didn’t want to be cooped in the room the entire boat ride because of this. I contacted customer support and they contacted the cruise line which got us a balcony room very quickly without any hiccups or problems. I am extremely grateful! (I didn’t have to disclose why the balcony was important to me, they just wanted to make sure we’d gotten what we planned to have so that was a plus as well).
