Jan 24,2024I have a cruise planned for THIS WEEKEND and my companions have been a mess! One dropped out, another person was able to take his place, but then had to cancel and THEN got clearance to go after all, but AFTER I had called cruisebound to cancel his spot. Each of these changes required that I contact cruisebound and get them to alter the booking. They did amazing magic for me! Namely, Jasmine Watson! She was my hero through this whole process and handled everything like a pro! Thank you Jasmine, you deserve a raise!

The issue was solved and I was relieved. Super easy, very polite, quick to help; and most importantly, it was anlive person, not a computer. I would recommend!

The only issue was with the process, as I don’t recall receiving an advance email that the balance of my upcoming cruise would be automatically processed with the credit card on file.

She actually took the time explained to me what's going on. Bare with me when I was having problems with my card. Never hung up on me. She doesn't deserve 5 stars. She deserve 100. Please give her all the bonuses needed. If it wasn't for her. I wouldn't be on my first trip ever in 47 years. I thank her so much appreciate every time she had taking to get the job done.

Nov 22,2023I had been using a variety of cruise search engines and one of Cruisebound's competitors consistently does a bait-and-switch based on fake low prices and then you click through and that price disappeared weeks ago. I tried Cruisebound, love the clean search engine, and booked a cruise. Their price protection policy is really outstanding and they've already lowered the price substantially two times based on my sending URLs, and a screenshot, showing the lower price. As someone who recently retired from a career in B2B SaaS software companies, I can really appreciate Cruisebound's organized, methodical, personalized approach to customer service. They have an automated reply to each inquiry and then within a short amount of time they respond with the information in a non-robotic easy-to-understand format. Everyone at Cruisebound is very positive and they are a joy to work with. Cruisebound's focus is making the customer happy and I am a customer for life.
