these are scammers of the very worst sort When i tried without getting refund from celebrity that they booked they said to go directly to celebrity. Stay away from these mutts at all costs.

1. I booked a cruise and i paid 4000$ in full 2. No more communication from cruise.com since then, no answers to my emails, so i had to spend hours on the phone, just to find out they cannot book my cruise 3. One month later, i received no refund and no answers to my emails. Now i have to get a lawyer to get my money back. 4. Book trustfully with cruise.com. You will get no cruise and no money.

An extremely deceptive company. There are two companies with similar names cruise.com and cruises.com. My experience is with cruise.com. When you buy from cruise.com expect; You will pay a nonrefundable $500 deposit (and I mean nonrefundable), no matter what. You will not get to pick your room like you can from the cruise line. Oh, and all those benefits they advertise like free gratuities, yeah you aren't going to get those. Its better to use the cruise line or buy from a more reputable company, I would avoid this seller. I won't ever use them again.

On hold with customer service for close to two hours now. Called at 9:00 AM when they opened. Cruise was cancelled back in May and still have no information as to when my money will be returned to me.

I booked my cruise in April on the Meraviglia for Nov. 6, 2021. I went through Cruises.com because they included on board credit, the Easy package and wifi for free with my booking. When I made my final payment today, it was paid in full and I got the confirmation. They called me 5 hours later and left a voice mail saying I still owed for the extra perks I ordered. (I never ordered them, they came with the booking) Over $800 for wifi and the drink package for 2 people. After over 2 hours on hold waiting for MSC, (still don't know why they called them), and multiple untruths told by Cruises, I got nowhere. Be very aware when you book and make sure to print out what they promise. This will be my first cruise with MSC and I will never use Cruises.com again. Update: A supervisor, Tiana from Cruises.com, just called me in response to my previous post. She wanted to tell me, yet again, why they were not going to keep their promises in advertising. She stated that it was "understandably confusing" but they weren't willing to be fair and make it right for the customer in any way. How, as a business, can you admit to being wrong but unwilling to correct your mistake? You won't stay in business very long that way. Again, buyer beware and do not buy from this dishonest company!

Useless group. Did not return phone calls. Cost me money and they were rude. NEVER use this group. Terrible customer service and no protection for the customer.

We booked a cruise with Cheryl on February 18, 2021. I was careful to ask if the cruise was either canceled or if we couldn’t live with the Covid requirements what would our cancellation penalty be. She was very clear when she said that it would be $100 for each of the two state rooms if we canceled prior to July 2nd. We decided that due to the vaccination requirements we would cancel on June 18th. They have since decided that they are going to charge an additional penalty of $500 bringing the cancellation fee to $700. I do not recommend using them!!! They state the additional $500 fee was in the fine print. The facts are they lie. They are like used car salesmen, they tell you what they need to make a sale.

The phone has very very very difficult to get through.and some people answered the phone are no patiant,there is a very good sales agent her name is Starr Thomas ,Who is not working there anymore ,miss her very much!

I had a cruise booked for 2020. Of course with what was going on the cruise was canceled. I then received credit for a future trip. All is well... Now, 2021 comes along. I decided to receive a refund and not do a cruise vacation. Since they were not to sail in 2021. Cruise.com was able to process the refund. Unfortunately, Royal Caribbean changed their rules and said I missed their deadline to process the refund? Cruises.com was not informed of this deadline. Royal Caribbean changed the rules to keep peoples money. Unfortunately cruises.com was caught in the middle. Don't plan a cruise until they are actually sailing. I disputed the charge on my credit card. I am hoping they see into the fraudulent business manner from the cruise line.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE. I was denied a $500 refund even though my cruise from Baltimore to Bermuda scheduled in May 2020 was canceled because of COVID19. Royal Caribbean refunded me approximately $1200, but Cruise.com would not refund their booking fee. They're dishonorable and dishonest. Don't waste your time.

All of a sudden my cruise date was arbitrarilychangedcruises.com tried to tell me that I changed it when I know I did not and I’m not able to do that only cruises.com and carnival can do that. After an hour on the phone with cruises.com I still could not get an answer to why my cruise has changed I will never use them again they were rude and uncaring

Our family booked two rooms on a MSC cruise in 2018 for March 2020 through cruise.com. It was cancelled due to covid. 6 months later, and we have only received a partial refund. We are still owed over $2000.00. When I call cruise.com, they tell me that there is nothing they can do for us. Please keep this in mind if you make the horrible decision to book through cruise.com. I have called MSC numerous times, and they keep telling me they are escalating the refund. Nothing has happened and I have received zero communication from them. I will never cruise on MSC nor will I ever use cruise.com again.

We booked a cruise to Alaska for the end of July. We had to cancel due to Covid-19. Cruise.com said they would give us 100% refund, but only sent back $600.00. Our trip cost was $2500. We have tried to call them many times, we have emailed them many times, but they will not answer. They still owe us $1700. We even bought the insurance. This was going to be our first cruise and we trusted this company. We were wrong! Now we will be calling Better Business Bureau! And the Wa State Attorney General. There needs to be a class action law suit started. This Co. took our money and booked our cruise through Royal Caribbean.

Would give zero stars if I could. My experience with this company was more than disappointing. First, when booking my family's cruise, we found out later Cruise.com made a mistake on the booking with the cruise line, omitting the Jr. from one of the names. Most importantly, when large volumes of customers started canceling cruises due to the Coronavirus pandemic, Cruise.com stopped answering their phone, making it impossible for many people to cancel their cruises timely and obtain refunds or credits from the cruise lines. I waited on hold for hours at a time and sent emails, because a couple members of my family were elderly and high risk. I was only able to finally get thru to a live person after several days of trying, by entering the prompt that asked if I wanted to book a NEW cruise. I had to leave a message and when the supervisor finally responded to me the next day, she was rude and unprofessional. I was told by then it was too late. So my family spent thousands on our dream vacation and received no credit or refund, except for the prepaid excursions we had purchased directly with the cruise line. I will never use Cruise.com again!

In looking over this site PLEASE, know the difference between CRUISES.COM and CRUISE.com. Cruise.com gave us a great deal, and we appreciate the efforts of Valora, a great sales person. She went out of her way to make sure we had a great price and great service. I have a STRONG feeling that many people who have complained here are talking about CRUISES.COM and NOT Cruise.com. We have nothing but praises for Cruise.com

I had a cruise cancelled because of the Pandemic and have nothing but headaches getting my refund from cruises.com. Royal Carribean was great and refunded everything in a timely manner. Cruises.com has been awful. The person we are dealing with (Emily) has been great so I assume it's the policies from the corporation. I keep getting told wait another 10 days, I'm tired of waiting. I'll never use cruises.com again nor will I recommend the company to anyone I know.

Do not book anything with this company. They want to cheat or steals your money.. cruise was cancelled but say I am not entitled to a full refund as previously stated. I will have to get a lawyer involved with this. Spent 5800.00 for cruise and I expect to get my full refund. Carnival cruise line should not associated with such poor representation. I paid in full with good faith only to be cheated.

You have a inside cabin and it doesn't have the gratuities on them. The other have outside cabin and paying alot more money than you are for the inside cabin, so you don't have the pre paid gratuities on the booking.- This is their email to me after we booked and paid 5 different rooms... We were all promised it was included!!! FYI Friends DO NOT USE Cruise.com ... DO NOT BOOK - Cruise.com will offer you a promotion and then take it away if you do not book an expensive unit. Go directly with the Cruise line for a better deal!!! They have messed up our group more than once and refuse to make it right! The last email telling me, we did not spend enough money??? Can’t agree more with the others. There is a Cruises.com and Cruise.com. I got confused with the two and mistakenly booked with cruise.com. The agent was rude and the price was different from the one listed on the website and there is no bonus offer Like they advertised. Big mistake!
