We placed an order with Cuckooland for a particular (Swyft) sofabed which we wanted because it is safer for children and pets. We had a lot of contact with the customer service team throughout because we needed the sofa bed to be delivered to ROI. In particular we were in contact with Leah West who made a special effort on our behalf to arrange the delivery at a very reasonable price and kept us up to date throughout. Even though it took a month to receive the sofa bed Leah checked in with us regularly and chased up the progress of the delivery so that we were never left in the dark and so that the progress didn’t stall. Leah is one of the best customer service representatives I have ever dealt with. In the end the sofa bed arrived in perfect condition and was packaged very well. We are delighted with it! Cuckooland is certainly a trustworthy company and I wouldn’t hesitate to order with them again.

Furniture is really high quality my 2year old son was so proud to show off his new bedroom! Only issue we had was with his bed missing 4 grub screws. Thankfully the amazing leah from customer service was on it as soon as I enquired and persistently contacting me every day to make sure I received the replacement parts (which I did), she couldn't do enough for me! Thanks to her efforts and personally contacting me I will definitely use cuckooland again! Thank you X

I ordered a garage for my granddaughter but a piece was missing. However thanks to Leah at Cuckooland everything has been sorted and my granddaughter has a beautiful high quality garage. I would certainly recommend Cuckooland for their eco range of products.

The bed I bought from Cuckooland was both beautiful and well made. Although I did have issues with the support legs having loose fittings, customer services were fast to contact the company who manufactured the bed and got me replacements. They offered a great and supportive service which was very much appreciated.
Damaged furniture Impact damage to furniture, photos sent and replacement parts requested. After 6 months deliveries failed twice, then finally wrong colour parts arrived. Requested partial refund to accept defective item rather wait months for another attempt replacing parts, to which Cuckooland claimed the damage was natural imperfections and whole situation was a misunderstanding. Regardless what Cuckooland claim damage is clearly from impact, with a sharp delve into the wood. No other signs of wood 'graining' or 'knots' in the damaged area. A pathetic attempt at dispelling blame as soon the subject of reimbursement was raised. With Cuckooland claiming they are too small a company to offer partial refunds. Offered £50 voucher of our next order (Which isn't happening) *Another subject they fail to breach in their reply is the fact we waited 6 months for a replacement which turned out to be the wrong colour. But they expect us to have confidence in them to deliver at the 4th time of asking. Meanwhile here's £50 off your next purchase that won't turn up or is faulty This is the 2nd order we've placed with Cuckooland and the 2nd voucher we've been offered due to failures in delivery / parts, so more fool us!!!
This is the cutest little wagon ever! It’s precious and a beautiful shade of baby blue. I also think it will be very helpful to help my 11 month old grandson with his walking. I contacted customer service a few times and they could not have been lovelier. Big thank you to Leah that helped me. I had to pay a rather expensive fee to have delivery to the USA but it sure was expedient. I believe it was well worth it! Thank you.
Terrible, unfortunately, after paying c. £700 for a sideboard. Ordered 01.12.2021 and not delivered until 28.02.2022. Reported damaged and poor quality within 12 hours. ‘Great design’; ‘attractive furniture’; ‘high quality products’; amongst other wholly inaccurate hyperboles. Cuckooland yet to accept / properly instigate the refund, despite being sent images. Quick to take your money, but that’s as far as it goes. Legal claim next, sadly. 10 days later and their Customer Service Agent only replies once every 48 hours, at best.
After receiving my order one of my items stopped working a couple of weeks in, I contact customer services to see if this could be repaired. I promptly received an response and after providing some photos/videos to them they contacted their manufacturer who confirmed the item was in fact faulty, a replacement was sent immediately to me which I received within a few days. I have to say a very pleasant outcome and excellent customer support, everything was dealt with so promptly and totally painfree. Leah West whom I was dealing with - just great communication. This is already a brilliant brand and this just makes it all the more reason to continue to use them. Thank you
