Cultural Care Au Pair is the largest au pair agency in the U.S., celebrating over 30 years matching au pairs with American families for a unique cultural exchange and childcare experience. Host families choose Cultural Care as their trusted source for flexible, reliable childcare that feels like part of the family. Au pairs benefit from the largest network of Local Childcare Consultants to support their cultural exchange experience. Families appreciate being able to schedule up to 45 hours per week and up to 10 hours per day of childcare when they need it.
I have over a decade of consulting organizations in areas such as service excellence, customer communication, and first impressions. From the beginning of our interactions with Cultural Care Au Pair, I've been continuously impressed with how this team excels in all of these areas and it has significantly reduced any anxiety my family and I have with the Au Pair and Host Family processes.
I would recommend the new families to have the children interact with the au pair as much as possible before he/she arrives, so that the adaptation process is not too challenging. Besides that, I hope that the LCC meetings improve, so that the new au pais have a chance to meet people in the program.
I love this experience!
I'm still finding my place and starting to know more. As long as the company I think the central office is the one that has helped me the most. I think is my family that has made this experience something to enjoy
We have loved our au pair and our experience with the program! Our second year interviewing au pairs was a bit more tricky this go-around, but excited for the year ahead!
The software for reviewing and choosing an au pair is easy to use and intuitive. The customer support was also very helpful and was proactive in advising about the process and potential concerns.
My experience has been amazing, my host family is so good with me and I like the state where I’m living.
I feel great, i have no problem
We had help every step of the way to navigate the program from the online resources to our matching specialist who was very responsive as well as our LLC. We were so grateful that the profiles were so thorough, and helped us get off to a great start in the interviewing process. We're very excited to begin our adventure with our new au pair!
I like my family. They are really kind and super lovely with me. They help me when I need. Cultural care team is always available as well as my LCC
We enjoyed working with a matching specialist and the videos, interview tips and all resources were very helpful.
I was impressed by our matching specialist, Savannah Yarish. I worked with others in the last (3 or 4) and Savannah definitely stood out and supported our family much better. She’s responsive, caring, helpful and insightful.
I think our experience with our LCC has been incredible- she truly cares for the au pairs and the host families. Personally I wish cultural care did an in person training with the au pairs once they arrive in the US.
J’ai étais accueillie par Marine, qui s’est occupé de moi durant toute ma préparation de dossier. C’était une personne très agréable, à l’écoute, qui était toujours là en cas de soucis, vraiment top, merci beaucoup, je recommande fortement :)
Extremely responsive customer service and the safe, helpful way to find an Au Pair. The only company for military families!
I have been with Cultural Care for 7 years, and 5 Au Pairs. They have been supportive and helpful every step of the way.
The capability to connect with Au Pairs needs to be addressed. Just setting up Zoom or whatsapp meeting can be cumbersome. Maybe have a Cultural Care sponsored zoom account, or something of that nature would help.
So far my experience/journey is going well. My host family are lovely and I'm grateful for that. I do miss home on a daily and things are definitely different this side but nothing that I can't handle☺️All the best to future Aupair.
I think that having psychological companions would make this experience easier.
