Mar 18,2024I would recommend the new families to have the children interact with the au pair as much as possible before he/she arrives, so that the adaptation process is not too challenging. Besides that, I hope that the LCC meetings improve, so that the new au pais have a chance to meet people in the program.

Mar 08,2024The capability to connect with Au Pairs needs to be addressed. Just setting up Zoom or whatsapp meeting can be cumbersome. Maybe have a Cultural Care sponsored zoom account, or something of that nature would help.
