I love that I was able to be connected so quickly to an actual person from the US, then I was immediately called by my LCC, the personal touch is what makes CC so special. They made me feel so comfortable with the program. Thank you!
Responsiveness
Very attentive staff. Makes the process seamless.
Responsive and helpful
We are on our third bro pair with Cultural Care. It has been a wonderful experience. They are very smart, communicative, caring and helpful. Their team really listened to our needs and supporting us finding the best candidates who fit with our family. I have referred them to several friends who are also very happy. We are really happy with our choice to use their service. I would highly recommend them!
KIRA HAS BEEN INCREDIBLE AS A MATCHING COORDINATOR!!!! MAGDALENA IS THE BEST LCC!!! A TRUE PARTNERSHIP. So thankful for their amazing help and above-and-beyond commitment to helping our family find an amazing au pair and the make sure our au pairs have a wonderful experience. We are excited to start our second year as an au pair family.
We love working with cultural care - thank you for being such a great support to our family!
L’équipe a toujours été réactive et agréable, elle est toujours là pour répondre à nos questions. Marion, qui s’occupe de mon dossier est réactive et superbe !
Overall amazing experience. All of the touchpointa with Cultural Care have been impressive, helpful and just very nice.
Our au pair suddenly requested a rematch towards the end of her term and the LCC Jen Yamuder made us feel really bad about it. There was no attempt on behalf of the LCC to help us as first time host parents address the concerns that the au pair had along the way and we felt completely blindsided since there had been no complaints for the first nine months. As per our au pair, the LCC was quick to offer her a rematch when she had voiced her complaints to the LCC, rather than make an attempt to address the concerns with us. This was surprising to us since at the beginning it was explained to us that the LCC would touch base with both the host parents and the au pair on a regular basis and would help address any concerns that came up. This lack of follow up and resulting rematch in turn left us with a 3 week gap in childcare for our three young children before the next au pair could arrive, forcing us to hire temps or risk losing our jobs to cover the gap. The case coordinator/customer relations specialist Robin in Boston was extremely pleasant to talk with thankfully and seemed to have a better and unbiased understanding of our perspective, which we appreciated. However, the monthly email ‘check ins’ from Jen were inadequate in the end. Overall, we had a positive experience until our au pair broke her contact and left our three children 3 months early with nominal complaints about our house. Wish we would have had support and more guidance along the way. Instead, we were patronized by our LCC and left to figure out childcare on our own. Fortunately, we have matched with another au pair and are looking forward to a better experience. But overall, it’s been pretty crummy and wish we weren’t put through this. Would not recommend this agency due to our LCC’s lack of routine check ins (beyond emails) for host families, which in the end proved itself a vital aspect to the host- au pair relationship. Very stressful experience.
Skylar and Carin have both been wonderful.
Très bonne agence avec un suivie au top, je recommande fortement 👍
I really had a great experience with Cultural Care Au Pair and my wife and I found the perfect Au Pair for our family within three weeks. As compared to other Au Pair program organizations out there, Cultural Care was the best. They were the most responsive, shared great Au Pair profiles and nice website layout. Au Pair in USA wouldn't accept us due to lack of service in our area. Great Au Pair I felt was a bit unorganized and overwhelming. Au Pair in America wasn't bad but had a lack of internal responsiveness. But, Cultural Care was just right and took the initiative to care. We made the right choice!

Aug 29,2023We were told inaccurate information by our LCC. Neither our matching specialist or customer service rep told us that we’d be charged a full week for one day. Plus the program fees went up by $900 in one year.
