Feb 28,2025Cultural care es una agencia maravillosa, te hace acompañamiento hasta que literal Tomas El vuelo para ir con TU host family, resuelven Dudas e inquietudes de manera muy diligente, te preparan para TU cita en la embajada y de como trabajar con Tus host kids. La recomiendo 100% sobre Todo, porque una vez estás en Eu tienes un equipo de apoyo a quien puedes consultar ante emergencias y dificiltades, también la oportunidad de compartir con otras au pairs y tener una experiencia maravillosa!.

Starting with creating the perfect profile to choosing a host family to starting your adventure abroad. Even the detailed help with the visa process was great - step to step documents which helped a lot. Also loved that they check in with you on how its going and how you are doing and if there is anything they can help with.

Feb 28,2025Where do I begin... Since I have started I never felt left in the dark. Every month I had check ins from the agency. Every time I asked something they always answered and quickly. Such a hands-on agency always there when needed. I love that they cater support for au pairs and carrying them when they feel anxious or scared or even a little homesick...point is they're always there and available. Feb 28,2025I liked that I was supported for the payment process beacause I wasn‘t able to pay it in the time of two weeks, so I payed it after three weeks. What I dislike is thatin mist of the other things I do‘nt feel as supported as I think it should be, if we keep in mind that I do pay for the Support. I needed to ask for a document which I already asked for again and came up with many questions as I didn‘t know how to handle something. Also I feel like my woman from cc in switzerland doesn‘t know much because often she can‘t answer my questions. Anyway I do like the App I think it helps a lot. Although I don‘t understand everything and have to google sometimes, I do really like the way it‘s built! It‘s easy to handle and the process goes foreward very quick and exciting.

Feb 27,2025I am still waiting on information for when my au pair can arrive. The person who is my contact does not have information and has not been able to provide help. I need to plan, but am not able to do so with lack of info. The travel team went ahead and booked a flight for me without my input, and I had to cancel. I am still waiting to see when my au pair's arrival date will be. Very poor communication and information. Also, the fee is much higher than other agencies and there is a lack of personal service to justify.

Desde la primer consulta que envié para conocer más sobre el programa tuve acompañamiento y respuestas a todas mis inquietudes, lo cual considero muy importante ya que es un año que estarás lejos, y debes poder sacar todas y cada una de las dudas que tengas. Antes de viajar realicé el Au Pair training school, donde te llenan de información sobre diferentes temas para que llegues muy bien preparada para tu año como au pair. Quiero dar un especial agradecimiento a la profesora Delia Arcati, quien durante los días de training, nos apoyó, nos aconsejó y nos alentó para todo lo que sigue. En lo personal, es valioso escuchar que estás haciendo las cosas bien y ella es una excelente profesional!!
