Oct 12,2022The person I spoke to over the phone was such a lovely, friendly, and helpful person. I didn’t catch her name but she sounded like she was either from the US or Canada. Made my policy renewal so easy and explained everything in detail for me. I’ve had so many experiences of shoddy customer service of late, from various organisations, so it was so nice to speak to an actual human being who wasn’t a complete and total robotic jobsworth. She’s fab! A credit to Cycle Plan. Thank you :)
