I disliked the automated service...I would liked the opportunity to get the best deal available to me but felt prices were very fixed. As a first time ever insurance purchase I am unsure I got the best deal around.

Insurance jumped up by 100% in a year, which is auto-renewed with no option to cancel prior to the unjustifiable increase. Be wary of this company.

Very straight forward application to follow and good price. Found being able to add family members bicycles to policy a good idea which I may be doing if we buy her a bike at Christmas.
