The whole process from start to finish was great. I walked into giant, picked my bike, wemt back to work with my receipt, went online, applied for my voucher and wity 24hrs i received it. Quick and easy plus when i contaxted cycle scheme because i gave the wrong email address, i received excellent customer care

First time using scheme. Excellent process. Very quick and straightforward. Delivery was messed up a bit. Bike was late then arrived without any tracking notice or contact. This was a problem between the retailer and delivery firm. The Cyclescheme part of the process wad ideal. Will definitely use again.

Excellent voucher system ! Bike was delivered 4 months late due to supply chain problems but this is the bike suppliers fault and not Cycle-scheme.

Whole process was first class . The only snag was the voucher took a month to come from my employer but that’s not cycleschemes fault .

Cycle Scheme's incompetence and apparent deliberate efforts to make things difficult. It's becoming increasingly challenging to discern whether they are genuinely clueless or if they are intentionally playing games with their customers. Their complete lack of regard for their customers is simply unacceptable. The level of disrespect they've shown towards their customers is deeply disappointing with regards to the ongoing VanMoof issue.

I agree with the other feedback on here, Cycle Scheme's customer service has been absolutely infuriating when it comes to handling the VanMoof situation. It's like they've purposefully left people in the dark for weeks, and it's beyond frustrating! Honestly, it's hard to tell if they're just plain clueless or if they're intentionally being difficult. This level of disregard for their customers is unacceptable, and they need to get their act together and start taking our concerns seriously.

Cycle Scheme's customer service has been thoroughly disappointing in its handling of the VanMoof situation. Whilst the primary issue lies with VanMoof, Cycle Scheme's response has exacerbated the problem, leading to significant frustration amongst customers. The VanMoof situation has been ongoing for weeks, and Cycle Scheme's lack of effective communication and updates has left customers feeling uninformed and disregarded. Promised updates have failed to materialise, leaving us uncertain about the status of our concerns. What compounds the problem further is the unprofessional and uncaring approach exhibited by Cycle Scheme's customer service team. Instead of providing empathetic and helpful support, they have come across as patronising and dismissive. This attitude is disheartening, as it indicates a lack of understanding of the difficulties customers are facing. Whilst the root issue may lie with VanMoof, Cycle Scheme's role as a service provider should include providing effective support and assistance during such situations. Regrettably, their customer service has not risen to the occasion, and it has only worsened the overall experience for customers.

So frustrating to order with Cycle Scheme. I have been trying to buy using them for almost 6 months now. At first, it takes at least one month to get a certificate, as every part of the application process takes an average of two weeks. Their customer service is slow and not helpful most times. The bike manufacturer (Vanmoof) informed me my bike would take four months to arrive, but the product tested great in their shop, and I thought it might be worth the wait. I finally got an email from Vanmoof stating my product would arrive between 1 and 15 of July (later than expected) with a link to track my order. The link doesn't work, and I reached out to Vanmoof through email. The person who helped me earlier ghosted my emails. I messaged on Twitter and got this back: "Thanks for your questions, Arthur and we understand that the wait can be frustrating, our sincere apologies. Unfortunately, we currently don't have more information regarding your delivery date. Please keep an eye out on your inbox - once there is an update, you will get notified by email. We can assure you that we're doing everything possible to deliver your order as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience, Arthur." I replied: "That isn't enough. You didn't give me any useful information. Can you look into this with more detail?" Then, I got this back: "Unfortunately, we cannot give you any further information at the moment as we still have to wait for the status update of your order. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience." Then, they replied: "Our teams are working hard to send out the update in the next few days." It has been one week since the last message, I asked for an update, and Vanmoof completely ghosted me. Vanmoof is now all over the media, and the company went bankrupt before delivering my product. I got in touch with Cycle Scheme, and they emailed me back, saying they would give me an update by the end of last week, which of course, they didn't. Payments were ALREADY deducted from my pay slips but I NEVER got the product. I am trying to figure out how to get the product I ALREADY STARTED purchasing five months ago. Apparently, I won't get the product, but I want my refund and a new certificate ASAP, as I already lost too much time without my product. Terrible service. They offer a pre-tax discount, but you have to go through a horrible experience to get your product. I am considering paying more to avoid utilizing this service.

The words biggest rip off!!!! 0 stars for this company and any company that offers their service. Got hit with a massive bill to continue using my bike to get to work. You either pay it to continue using it, you either pay it to keep it, or return it and loose your means to get to works considering that you joined it so you could get a bike to get to work, now they want money or the bike back, taking away what you paid for, 12 long months through a salary sacrifice. The word sacrifice is well fitted for this. I say please 🙏, do not hire a bike using this method. They will make you pay, by either, taking you to court, sending money recovering agencies to your address, taking away what rightfully yours and the most important of all, they take your dignity away. That’s why cycle scheme is the words biggest rip off!!
