Mar 27,2019Everything went like a dream. I missed their one o’clock deadline for next day collection by about an hour but they still picked the bike up and delivered the following day. Better service than they were contracted to do. Will happily use again

Mar 20,2019Wanted to send my son's bike to him at uni in Manchester from down in Hampshire. £23 seemed very reasonable so I booked online and got an email to say that it would be picked up later that day. Van turned up literally an hour later and the bike was up in Manchester the next day. So make sure your bike is all boxed up before you book!!

Mar 20,2019Great service. Easy to follow instructions, on time, person I could email to clarify a couple of my own queries and this gave me the reassurance that my bike would be looked after, and it was - the recipient was very happy too!

Mar 16,2019Check the detail before ordering, I selected 'next day option' on a tuesday and got an email saying the item would be collected on the Friday to be delivered in the Monday.. this is not 'next day'. No response over 2 days of phone calls and emails, then some limited email contact emerged with an offer to amend order (more towards the 'next day' I purchased) at an additional cost. Poor customer service from Cycle Sent team and slow responses, no advance notice or communication from actual couriers, only emailing me to say it had been delivered which is stating the obvious rather than issuing adequate tracking through the day instructions. Very unprofessional outfit, I had purchased a bike through ebay and had to rely on the good nature of the seller to be on hand with changing instructions. I will not use this company again, and as part of a big cycle community will make my best efforts to advise people not to use this service. Fell ripped off for having to pay extra to actually guarantee the 'next day' I actually purchased from the go. Sort your website out, make your service more clear, invest in an answer machine and call your customers back. I would guess from other reviews there's plenty who would not risk this service again

Feb 13,2019I recently used this service for the first time. Not only did I find the price reasonable in comparison to other courier services but the service was faultless. Within 3 days they had sent a box on to the seller, picked the bike up the following day then delivered to me the day after!! Will be defiantly using this service again.😊

Apr 02,2019I was recommended to use cyclesent to send my bike to have some work undertaken on it... I firstly tried to call them to discuss requirements, which I thought was fair, but the number on the website is never answered, they want to do everything online, which is fine until you have an issue, then they don’t answer emails. Failing their box size requirements by 5cm I decided to purchase a box from cyclesent, which arrived the next day, and speaking to the courier, I soon realised that despite flash pictures on the website, cyclesent don’t actually touch the bikes, just being the middlemen! Which explained why the box arrived at the destination with evidence that it had been crushed and handled badly. They will of course hide behind the fact that you “should have packed your bike better”, so the insurance you take out is worthless! As they tell you that any claims have to made within 24hrs! Which is crazy...... In summary poorly explained business, no human contact, and they don’t courier the bikes.... pay a bit more and go to a specialist bike courier, that value your bike as much as you do......
