May 03,2016I used cycle sent to get a bike to me I'd bought on a forum. Just went for the courier option as the seller had a box. What an excellent service! The bike was collected before 10am (luck of the draw I guess) and was safely with me at the other end of the country the the next day at 1pm. The box looked after (no digs or damage) and the delivery guy was helpful- it was actually a courier who the nearest Specialized concept store use. The cheapest fully insured courier you'll find (£2k insurance for me) Perfect, 10/10.

May 03,2016Easy to use service. Not sure if I missed it but a tracking number when booked would be good as I contacted customer services to get mine. Did have a very swift response so no moans there. PayPal would make the payment transaction easier.
