Jul 10,2016All the important things were fine - the box was delivered to the seller, the bike was collected and delivered to me without fuss. The price was not at all bad for such a convenient service. I only have a couple of quibbles: I could not get through on the phone number provided (it goes to a recorded message), so if something had gone wrong I would not have been able to make timely contact. And the collection window (after 11.30 am) for which you pay extra was not kept to (the bike was collected at 9.15).

Jun 27,2016Top service, overnight delivery, great communications, I have no hesitation in recommending Cyclesent. They were able to quickly rearrange my pickup after another courier incorrectly took my boxed bike, so that once it was returned to me Cyclesent collected that same day and it was delivered to destination address the following day. If you have a bike to send somewhere, this is the service to use.

The dates and times were spot on for collection and delivery . Communication was excellent. Cant fault them at all. Thankyou so much.

Jun 06,2016Great service - good value, personal & human. Booked the pick up at 10, by 12:30, the bike was in the delivery truck. It arrived at 10am the next day. It was cheaper than any courier I could find on the web too. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Jun 05,2016Cheap and efficient service for sending bikes. Would definitely use again. However, the website is a bit confusing; two options of one with and another without a box. To me, without a box implies that the bike will be taken unpacked, but reading further it does state all bikes must be packed. Besides that, no problem.

Jun 04,2016The whole option of being able to send a bike without the worry involved in hunting out a box or a postal service that would accept a large bike to transport made this a great option. The delivery company were great throughout, would always use this type of service in future for moving bikes about as it was quick and professional.

May 20,2016Box delivered but courier would not wait whilst it was being packed. Ended up in dispute. No communication. Had to press for tracking number. Package arrived a day late. Courier blamed 3rd party, 3rd party blamed courier. No partial refund provided despite paying £54 for premium service. Had to collect package from depot in view of late delivery.

May 16,2016The send unboxed, isn't all it's cracked up to be. The courier won't take the bike unless it's completely wrapped.. in cardboard. So basically wrapped, in a box!

May 05,2016Had my first Cycle Sent experience after purchasing a Bicycle via ebay. The seller recommended them, so thought i'd give them a try. Over the moon with their service and communication. A nice easy to use website gets the ball rolling, paid the fee and the bike was with me within a couple of days. Have already recommended them to a friend, and I too will be using them again.
