While this is unfortunate, I have been really impressed with the customer service from James that has been provided since I reported the problem. James has been very responsive and has been so helpful in getting the problem solved. :)

Feb 24,2025The delivery was really good and professional. They took off shoes even though i said its okay as i know it bothers me a little but also me, dont want to bother delivery guys. Anyway, delivery was very satisfied, but the product is just average. It does look that you tried to get hold of two functions into the one-managed just fine.

Feb 24,2025Dreadful experience! ordered a ottoman it was supposed to come in one parcel but the van wasn’t loaded correctly! Not my issue! So has to come in two parts (still waiting on the other piece) I had to have a day off work to receive delivery otherwise you get charged a fee if no one can take it in. And had a handyman booked in that day to put it all together, it was too late to cancel him so hoping I can put up the smaller piece by myself! Customer service don’t want to know not interested at all
