They whispered so as not to disturb neighbours or my household, they offered to remove shoes and were very careful with the shipment. They were so polite, courteous & efficient. I give them top marks!

Feb 25,2025Disappointing! Received an email to say delivery would be today and to contact you if it was not convenient. I made arrangements to be at home only to receive another email to say because you hadn’t been able to contact me on the number I provided delivery had to be rescheduled??! You only get three stars as customer services have done their best pending a further delivery date!!! I suggest you rewrite the email you send when delivery is arranged!! I was hoping to make further purchases, not so sure I will now. Buyer beware!!! …… Still, despite a ‘nice’ reply, waiting to hear when I can expect this delivery?? Wondering now if it would be more beneficial to cancel the order and shop elsewhere……

Feb 25,2025James from customer services went above and beyond!! I can’t thank you and the delivery gents enough ❤️ I live on the 3rd floor in a building without a lift. James kindly enquired with the delivery team to bring my order upstairs. I ordered a lovely bed frame (yet to unpack) and a mattress and I can’t thank them enough for helping. I am so so sorry i didn’t catch the name of the delivery gents, the line was so bad, but they were so very helpful! I have been working in the hospitality sector for over 12 years and was fabulous to come across such a helpful team! You all are absolutely fabulous!! Thanks a million 😊

Feb 25,2025Great delivery service and customer service. Wardrobe was time consuming to put together and isn't the best quality but looks good once assembled. Fair price for what you get. I would buy again but urge daals to make assembly a little easier/faster with better components.

The representative promptly arranged a swap, and I received a new chair within two days. Great furniture and excellent customer service—I highly recommend Daals!
