Ordered a tv unit, partner built and we noticed one of the front doors had damage in 2 places, and also 2 missing magnets to keep the doors closed. Got in touch by email, Daals replied offering me to keep the unit, and crediting me with £20. For a unit that cost nearly £300, and the front door being the main focus,£20! Really! That’s it? I replied and was met everything with what seemed like a robot in every reply not actually listening to what I was saying. Poor customer service in my opinion.we were going to be ordering lots of things as we’ve just moved. What a Shame!

I am quite satisfied with my purchase. The product was delivered as described on the website, with good packaging. However, regarding the delivery, which is also partly due to London’s conditions, I missed my first attempt and had to pay a £30 redelivery fee. Their support team is excellent—very responsive and helpful. I strongly recommend reminding them to notify you three hours before delivery. Although they mention it in the email, they might forget, leaving you waiting and potentially missing your parcel, which could result in extra costs.
This is an update to my review on 31 January 2025 when I gave two stars. I am placing another review as I cannot update my previous one. The company agreed to the return of our faulty goods on 2 January. They will not collect them until they have an order to deliver in our area (we are just outside Newcastle Upon Tyne), ignoring our request to contract out the collection to another courier. They have had our money since 2nd December 2024 and will not refund until they have the goods back in their warehouse. They keep sending emails thanking us for our patience, saying it is with their planning department but we are getting nowhere. Sadly not a good outcome when they originally started off being helpful. Goodness knows when this will be resolved.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend this company,ordered 3 drawers and 2 bedside tables. One of the drawer tops is damaged slightly so I emailed to ask if the could kindly send just the top and I’ll change it. They emailed back saying because I’d finished building it they “unable to assist me at this stage “terrible customer service
I'm not a fan of flat pack furniture but this is the best I've had. The ash veneer is lovely and the wardrobe legs in soiid wood are of good quality. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it took a lot longer than 45 mins for two people to put the wardrobe together - and both of us are regular DIYers.
We specifically requested the longer delivery option to arrive in time for moving into our new house. Then I got a confirmation of delivery the day before we moved in which was too early and not what I had purchased. The team were helpful on the phone and said they would organise another delivery on the correct date. The day we moved in we spent hours waiting for the drop off, when they didn’t come I called them and turns out when I spoke to customer care earlier in the week they cancelled our delivery and sent it back to planning stages. We’ve been told it could take 7-10 days to organise a new delivery date which is so unfair given they tried to deliver early. We have now moved in and can’t unpack any of our clothes, nor do we have a bed. I spent a lot of money with Daals and was planning to spend a lot more based on this first experience but now I will reconsider. Quite hopeless solutions and their team was very unhelpful as we have no idea when the delivery will arrive.
Received my wardrobe & bedside tables from dasl with the very friendly delivery guys James & Sean who were very efficient & friendly & keeping me updated on when they would be with me… very happy with purchase & would definitely use this company again… Anita
Really easy to find customer support, which after seeing reviews on Dusk was key for me. Pamela responded to my questions on delivery through the chat function right away and was extremely clear and helpful.
We had our second purchase from Daals by two great guys names Scott & Niven. They informed us with all updates on thier ETA and a 5mins call before reaching us. They were very polite and professional great guys to have delivering your purchases!
Speed of delivery from point of order is excellent, to have such a large range of goods in stock is refreshing. I couldn't find some of the parts, Virgilio helped me find them tucked away inside the headboard... :)
Delivery from Jack and William on time and very careful with my bed and very friendly! Super happy with my bed, it was missing instructions but was resolved very quickly on web chat by Pamela. Good experience all around 😊

We received the wrong goods, 6 emails, 2 lengthy online chats, several phone calls later and after being promised replacement stools and my daughter taking a day off work to wait in for the stools we have now been told that the order is correct. We ordered dark colours bar stools and received light coloured bar stools. The customer service has been shocking. We have now been told that they will not collect the bar stools and we need to pay to have them returned. I would like to upload photos of what we ordered as opposed to what we received.
Ordered two bedside cabinets, a chair and bedroom chest of drawers, everything arrived on time made up the Chest of drawers and bedside cabinets in about four hours. There is quite a lot to do but everything is there and they are very sturdy and look great when finished, chair was really nice as well Very nice quality all-round

Feb 24,2025Order was late and no communication to say this. Had to contact you myself. When delivery did go ahead was only 1 sofa not the 2 that I ordered. 2 young delivery boys just laughed. Was told would be contacted, I wasn’t. Had to contact the courier company on Facebook myself to chase.
