Feb 24,2025Bought Maru oval dining table (6-8 seater) with 4 chairs. Quality of the table for the money they charge for is very poor and colour of the table disappointed me a lot as no where near the table they advertise online. 3 of the 4 chairs had one bended leg and all of them covered with scratch. Wanted to return the table but needs to disassembled and now I will have to suck it up. Chairs need to be exchanged but they want it to be repacked and photos of the repacked items need to be sent for the exchange to be arranged. Don't think any of the items gone through a quality check as one would embarrassed to sent those items to the customer. If the product they sent doesn't meet the quality criteria and has something wrong about it, Daals should have the responsibility to make the exchange process as smooth as possible and at least be apologetic about it. Customer service attitude was horrible to deal with. I regret my purchase and wouldn't go near to Daals again ever! I wish I was able to upload the images here (regarding dining table and also the chairs) for the people to judge objectively to see what I have ordered and what you have sent me Daals!!!

Feb 24,2025Desk arrived in roughly the time advertised and was as described and good to put together. However, I was not happy that I received a text at 9.30am saying the desk would be delivered that same afternoon, with no option to rearrange. Bulky items really need advance warning/ability to rearrange, not a text message on the day.

Feb 24,2025Order not received on time. Is well over a week late. A new one has now been sent out, but I don’t have an update as to whether DHL have received my parcel this time or not. Customer service isn’t that great either - rather than giving me straight up answers that the first one had been lost but a replacement was being sent, there was a lot of unnecessary flowery language in the emails that wasn’t helpful. Has put me off ordering from them again if I’m honest.

We selected next day delivery for our 4 dining chairs, and within an hour of order had our first telephone call confirming receipt and next day delivery. We were kept informed of process and chairs were delivered exactly on time. The chairs were well packed and fully assembled, and they are even more beautiful than the photos. Well made, sturdy and timeless. 10 stars!

I have now spoke to family members who had the exact same issue i did so they clearly just don’t care. They have also continued to send me ways to give feedback even though i have already provided it via phone email and now twice here. STAY CLEAR
