Feb 22,2025The item was damage and I emailed to them. No chance. Is so hard to solve the problem. Their problem,not mine. It's take ages to answer and always negative answers. I send them a lot of pictures with the damage item and still so hard to solve it. We the customers need to sped time and money to solve their mistakes. Do not purchase from them

Feb 22,2025Please do not buy anything from this company. The chair arrived damaged on 3 February. We immediately contacted the company and submitted photos. We were asked to supply further photos, including of the inside and outside of the packaging. We submitted these photos immediately. We repeatedly requested a collection. Days later we were informed that a collection could not be arranged until we sent photos of us dismantling the chair and replacing it in the packaging. We did so immediately. After several days of chasing, we were then informed that we had unpackage the item and take a video of us trying to brush off the mark on the chair with a velvet brush. We did so. That was a week ago. They are still telling us that they are in the process of organising a collection. It has been 18 days since we first notified them of the damaged item (ie on the day it was delivered). We can’t obtain our refund until they collect the item. They are deliberately procrastinating in order to delay that refund. We have repeatedly explained to the company that the package is blocking our hallway and we cannot get our children’s buggy in and out, but they don’t seem to care. Terrible product, terrible company, terrible customer service. I never normally write reviews but I don’t want anyone else to make the same mistake of purchasing something from this company.
