Feb 21,2025AVOID THIS COMPANY This is my follow up from my initial review dated Dec 9th 2024. Be mindful that this company only outsourced products , so if any issues , it's a he'll of a nightmare. When I ordered a coffee table , it came incomplete and the missing part never arrived as promised. Their excuse was a delay from their supplier. The issues is they kept giving me dates for delivery of the missing item only to wait for nothing. They did this 4 times. It has hugely affected me financially from cancelling shifts to make sure I am available on the delivery date and huge telephone bills while trying to reach out to them. When I requested a refund.they refused to until the collected the incomplete item. But when I ask when they can collect they were unable to give definite answer. Months passed and item not collected, my money still not refunded, I sought the help of my credit card company. I filled a dispute and my credit card company put the money my money back into my account while they fight on my behalf. My credit card company was amazing in helping me get my money back. Today after 5 long months of pain , that massive box that's been an eyesore in my living room, has now been collected. If it wasn't for the credit card company, this issue will never be resolved by Daals. They only want money. I never write bad review about a company it they make every effort to resolve that issue that they created, this company is awful. 5 months of stress they caused me. Avoid this company if you don't want to experience what I've experienced.

Feb 21,2025Excellent quality, swift delivery and outstanding customer support. We ordered the Oakley set of 2 Dark Green Velvet Chairs. Upon unpacking the chairs we realised one of the legs was missing a part, a swift call was made to customer services. The customer service delivered by Jose was excellent and worthy of 5 stars. Jose was polite, helpful and welcoming on the phone. They listened to the issue we had, apologised for the inconvenience caused and promptly resolved the matter by raising it with the parts department. Within 4 days a new chair leg was delivered. The chairs are comfy and really plush. They complement our dining area wonderfully. Highly recommend Daals and the excellent customer service.

Feb 21,2025i got the Maru extendable table and downside is the dark brown colour advertised is nothing like how it is in person, it’s almost grey. for nearly £500 i would expect the wood to look more realistic but it looks cheap and scratches easily, it also has velcro fabric to attach the pedestal..
