Feb 20,2025Delivery had to be diverted to gas leak on my street. Team arrived at my work place only to find item not in the van. Customer service very polite but couldn’t offer re delivery for at least another week. No compensation either. Would be wary of ordering again.

They brought a double bed into my home and went above and beyond by kindly taking it upstairs to the room it was going in. Both were incredibly nice, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the process. Their friendly attitude and willingness to assist made the whole experience stress-free. Feb 20,2025We ordered 4 items - the green velvet ottoman bed was great and it was fairly priced. We also ordered 2 Thalia bedside drawers and a dressing table and they were painted mdf with a very thin oak veneer (which on one of them had started to peel at the corner). My fault as I should have looked at the materials more carefully but these were really expensive for what they ended up being made of. They looked good but it was definitely a case of style over substance. The painted colour inside the drawers looked awful. We ended up driving three items back to Coventry (they would only collect the faulty item, despite 2 other items not being opened) and it’s taken me a bit of chasing to get it sorted and the refund back. Louise and Virgilio from customer services were very helpful in getting it sorted but I wont be purchasing from them again.
