Feb 20,2025Awful, awful, awful! Advert stated minimal erection but actually it is 6 heavy pieces of flat packed sofa. I am disabled and in receipt of benefits if you had been truthful in your advertising and described it as a flat packed sofa I would not have purchased it in a million years. I am very upset and very stressed I am also undergoing cancer treatment I just cannot believe this is how you treat your customers, first you lie then you won’t put it right why am I shocked. Trading standards said it is one of the worst cases of misrepresentations of an item. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Read the loads of bad reviews first.
