Mar 04,2021I bought a food warmer from Daewoo and after a short time the plastic tops failed and developed cracks. After sending 2 letters with photos to the DAEWOO in UK, over the course of 18 months they have not even bothered to reply. - This has now been resolved and DAEWOO have explained what went wrong and have responded positively to my review. This wes their reply. We are sorry to hear this, the item has been in our range for a number of years with very little returns on this product. We have arranged to send you some replacement buffer server lids to the address stated on the letters. Please note the company address stated on the letters are from another affiliation of Daewoo and not us, the product and manual should show the manufacturer as ESG (Manchester) which is ourselves and not RKW which is why we haven’t responded to you previously. Once again please accept our apologies and you should receive the replacement buffet server lids shortly. Kind Regards Customer Services

Apr 03,2021Over all product quality is good. Sturdy construction with adjustable head band. Soft and good fitting over ear pads . Great control options in right earpad with ease of use control. Great addition of an SD card reader for a music library stored on this type of media. Q.I. changing is a great addition to these headphones, taking approximately 1 hour to charge from empty. Q.I Charger supplied can also charge other QI enabled devices.(mobile phones) ect. Although can be quite slow on other devices. (Does not support fast wirless charging on phones, although not really designed for this purpose). But handy as a back up. Overall build quality for price point is great. Time of purchase £19.99 from Food Warehouse. Pros: Good price for unit Good quality/ Build solid materials used in contruction of unit. Included QI charger Included 3.5 to 3.5 mm audio Jack for wired use. Included built in microphone to make and receive calls. Music automatically muted during call. SD Card reader included built into headphones. Clear sound during calls and not distorted. Approximately 4 hours continuous use from onecharge. Cons: High and mid range tones during use can sound lacking,during music playback (depends on type of music play back) Tried with all type of music and seems to prefer music with more Bass. Bass is solid and consistant and is adequate for this price. It's not for audiophiles, but overall for a daily driver at a cheap price point for those on a limited budget. Overall performance is acceptable for price point.
